Nor Cal Party Rentals

Great experience. I rented tables, chairs and linens from Nor Cal Party Rentals over the weekend. The equipment was clean and appeared to have had very little use. The linens were pressed and stain free. The delivery person was personable and promptly delivered the equipment 3 hours before the party. He picked up the equipment the following day. This was a hassle free process. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Nor Cal Party Rentals in the future.

NO HASSLES!!! :) Rented a bounce house from here yesterday for my sons 8^th birthday. I was able to order flawlessly online from their website. They did not require a deposit so I didn’t have to worry about the security of my credit card information being given online. I LOVED that! Also, they were EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING when it came to all of my last minute changes to the rental. AND I was able to add on additional items such as chairs and tables the night before with no hassles whatsoever!!! I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Nor Cal Party Rentals. I will def recommend them to anyone and I will be using them for all four of my kids’ parties!!! Also, they have an awesome cancellation policy! I was originally worried about the weather and this made me skeptical about renting a bounce house to begin with but as soon as I read the cancellation policy, I was sold. Luckily, the weather held up and I didn’t need to cancel but it was nice knowing that I would not lose a huge chunk of money from a deposit due to an unforeseen circumstance. All in all– FIVE STAR BUSINESS!!!
