Called Moylen Roofing for information on purchasing one tile for a replacement on my roof. When speaking with the owner he expressed that it wouldn’t be worth his time to talk to me about this issue. I asked if he was not able to help me, could he point me in the direction to buy one tile. He stated he could not. he just has tiles in his warehouse. He did state he would drive to my house to look at the situation only if I agreed to pay his minimum 200 dollars a job despite him saying my house was only 10 minutes from him.
This demonstrated he does not do what is best for the customer and is only in it for the money. It is unfortunate, I was looking to build a relationship for future jobs for either myself or my family

Had Moylen Rooding out to repair my asphalt tile roof. Had quite a bit of dry rotted wood. Jim gave me an estimate that was more than fair. He completed the work on schedule and actually did more than we originally agreed. He beat all the other estimates by far. I couldn’t believe some of the other companies estimates. Could have nearly put on a full new roof for what some other companies in Elk Grove wanted to charge for simple repairs. Highly recommend Moylen Roofing!

Jim Moylen Roofing Contractor is not a good company to do business with. He does not stand behind his work. Any problems with his work is simply ignored. I will never do business with company again.
