DR. Hall is my primary care doctor and I have no problems with him at all. I can call and get same day appts and get very professional service. I have been using UC Davis now for 12yrs and I am very happy with them.

My husband had this physician as his GP for several years. He recently severed the doctor/​patient relationship.
He saw Dr. Hall because he thought he may have been suffering from ADHD since childhood. Dr. Hall recommended that he go see a mental health professional who specializes in Adult ADHD and, if a formal diagnosis was given, for him to come back with the diagnosis to pursue treatment.
After months of searching for an ADHD provider who accepted our insurance, was accepting new patients AND who had availability, husband was able to get into therapy. He saw the therapist for months and, as expected, was finally diagnosed with Adult ADHD.
As instructed by Dr. Hall, he contacted him for treatment now that he had the diagnosis. At that point, Dr. Hall recommended he see a psychiatrist for treatment. This was absolutely unprofessional and infuriating. If he had needed to see a psychiatrist from the beginning, he could have sought one out, and received both diagnosis AND treatment from them without having to go back to Dr. Hall.
Dr. Hall just wanted to give him the runaround and was not concerned with treating him, just in passing him off time and time again. All he wanted was to get treatment for his diagnosis. Absolutely terrible patient care.
