I would give this company 4 or 5 stars, but have to go with 2 simply for the experience. The owner Vince has the best price, less than $ 500 for 5hrs for a super stretch, and that included the tip. He also upgraded our limo to an SUV at no extra cost. Our driver was fine, didn’t drive fast, took corners slow, nice guy.
But 20 minutes into our day the stereo stopped playing. Then the a/​c went out, on a 104 degree day. Not the best way to roll with windows down and no music. Vince called immediately and offered to switch out the limo for another one, which had ac and working stereo making the ride back more enjoyable. If it wasnt for the stereo and ac issues I would have no problem giving Big Things 4 or 5 stars. Maybe next time.

My daughter spent a week or so contacting limousine companies for her senior prom. Vince was great communicating with her, even after several changes in the number of people in her group. She selected For Big Things Limousines due to his prompt answers to her questions, flexibility as well as competitive pricing. He was very easy to work with and even surprised the kids with an upgrade (Thank you, Vince!). The driver, Robert, communicated with me the day prior to the event as well as throughout the evening. He picked them up at a park where we took pictures, drove them to dinner, dropped them off at the venue and then final destination was my home. He was wonderful and the event was a night to remember :) As soon as the kids walked in the house, they were talking about the beautiful limo, the «sparkling champagne» (apple juice) they started the evening drinking, and the ease of Robert picking them up at the prom. I highly recommend For Big Things Limousines!

Vince was great to work with. I was kind of hesitant at first because every where I called was booked or wanted to be booked by big spenders for the Super Bowl. Vince worked with me to figure out a schedule that allowed me the opportunity to celebrate my 50^th birthday with the girls the way I wanted to. I am grateful he figured out a way to get me scheduled. Robert our driver was a champ. We wanted to go to San Francisco but was afraid there would be too much traffic. Robert told me he had been monitoring the traffic all morning and that he was sure we could do the trip. I am so happy Robert took us to S.F. He knew the spots were we could jump out and take pictures and was very accommodating and professional. Overall the experience was great! My girlfriends and I had the time of our lives and Robert probably knows a few secrets that I am sure he will take to his grave ;-) Thanks Vince and Robert for helping me to have a great birthday.

I recently took my lady for a night on the town, and we had a great experience! We went club hopping, and had a great time every step of the way. The driver was very professional and even helped us get into each club much faster than otherwise possible. We had a great night, and they made is feel like royalty. I highly recommend!

We used this coming for my 29^th birthday! Started out a small group and ended up being a huge group! Working with Vince was awesome! So easy to get ahold of, very accommodating and assuring that the night would be the best!
As my group got larger he assured me that his party bus would be just fine size wise. The party bus is amazing. Super roomy. Stripper pole. TV’s lights and a great sound system. For my birthday he also had pink balloons! Our driver Robert was above and beyond the best! Made our night so fun and so easy going! I was nervous about such a large group and he made sure the whole night went smooth. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Especially if your looking for a good time. I love organization and email confirmations were received, phone calls and texts! It was awesome and assuring when booking something VIA the Internet!

Love this Limousine Company! They are so family oriented and care about giving you the Best posible experience for your family and friends. Great service, very attentive and showed up early. We really got our monies worth! They made sure we were treated like kings and queens! Would definitely recommend them and I would definitely use them again!

We used Big Things Limo for our daughter’s birthday and she had a wonderful time! It was a suprise gift complete with red carpet treatment. Our big day happened and it went perfectly!!! Our drive Robert called me promptly in the morning to confirm that he well be at the location. About 30 minutes before, he checked in and gave me his exact ETA based off his gps. He arrived early and I was EXTREMELY HAPPY to see that they upgraded our limo!!! Definitely wasn’t expecting that! He was courteous, polite and very nice. He made sure to ask if we had a route preference and then drove us to our locations very safely! At every location, he asked that I text him when we were ready, so I did and he was very quick to come get us! Even when He didn’t think we had enough time for a third stop, he made it happen and we even got home right now time. The limo was in excellent shape! The driver Robert was AMAZING AND I AM DEFINITELY BOOKING THEM AGAIN for my next event!!! THANK YOU!!!

Had a great experience with this company! Called a day before I needed the limo, and because of my friends couldn’t make up their minds if they could attend or not, Vince was able to work with me the day of the event. And what’s even more great about Vince, an hour prior to the limo arriving, I needed to add one extra person, and he was able to find me an upgrade limo with no problem at all! Very flexible and they do try to please their customers! The driver Robert was also very nice, professional, and enthusiastic! He came 15 minutes early and made sure we got to the club prior to 11pm as requested and was there waiting for us when it was time for us to leave. Definitely worth calling! Thanks for the upgrade and being so flexible guys, you made it a memorable birthday night!

A group of girls and I had the navigator for a bachelorette party this past weekend. The driver George was a very nice man got us home safe. He is the reason for the 3 stars. As for the limo the seating was very comfortable fit all 12 of us very well we were a little disappointed that the lighting was out it was very dark inside. Overall it was ok priced per person

Our group of 10 (5 couples) reserved limo services through Big Things Limousines for a day trip to the Lodi Wineries. I would like to say their services definitely exceeded our expectations, our driver was professional, courteous, friendly and went above and beyond to make our trip a memorable experience. He was very knowledgeable of the area, we provided him with a list of the wineries we wanted to visit and he took care of the rest. Our Limo was clean, roomy and even stocked with complimentary Champagne! Needless to say, we had a pleasant, wonderful experience and will definitely be using this company for all of our Limousine needs!

I was so happy to have found Vince and Big Things Limo 4 years ago for my son’s first prom. I have used him ever since for both of my kid’s proms. He has always been professional, responsive and organized. The limo drivers are always at least 10 — 15 minutes early and have been nice, polite and professional. Last year Vince had a last minute issue with the driver for our limo and he showed up himself to cover the shortfall. I would definitely recommend Big Things Limo for your special occasions. I am very surprised at some of these negative reviews as this is not at all my experience.

One of my best friend’s birthday was last month. She’s very special to me so I decided to have something special for the whole group. I contacted Big Things Limo and everything went smooth with the rates, availability, and the manager even suggested nice places for us to go. I was very happy with the service. The driver was so polite and genuine. I would love to use this service again when times and budget arises. Big Things Limo service ~the name speaks for itself.

One of our close friends planned a birthday excursion to Napa today and we had a blast!
Limo driver showed up 10 minutes early (George C) was such a patient man. We did not planned accordingly and had delays. Lucky George had his GPS and knowledge of the wineries. We made a few extra stops on the way there and a few stops coming back (Pit stops) and he was cool about it.
Overall a great experience, Limo was nice and clean! George was professional and even made a few recommendations on wineries which turned out to be good.
Would def book again!

HORRIBLE! SCAMMERS through and through!!!
My best friend’s wedding’s transportation was absolutely ruined when these incompetent assholes NEVER SHOWED, even after they ran my credit card already! When calling for status, they apparently claimed that I never reserved and they have no reservation for me what-​so-​ever. Ummm, I paid you, you took my money and sent me a confirmation and receipt. How the hell is that not a reservation!!!
Vince is completely and utterly the most unprofessional as you can get. He sounds like he’s sleeping or high or both. Tried to charge me more than what was agreed. He wound up going back on his quote after we sent him HIS OWN EMAIL that he had just sent 20 minutes prior. He apparently had no recollection of it and tried to pass off the originally quoted price as if he was doing me a favor.
The day of, when they never showed, a woman by the name of Monica was a complete and total bitch and gave me the whole «you’re shit out of luck» attitude and told us to car pool. WTF!!! Are you serious!!! I call Vince’s cell phone number that I called when making the payment initially and it gets forwarded to Monica. I ask for a manager and Vince and she says there is absolutely no way she can get a hold of anyone. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Today marks the 3^rd day I have called and called to speak with someone to get my money back and I have absolutely gotten NO RESPONSE. I will be handling this through my bank and/​or through court if I have to. It’s just not right!
Generally, I would have said forget it just from the inital call but I trusted my friend, the bride, who did the research and apparently they are on David’s Bridal’s approved vendors. Well, I will definitely be speaking with David’s Bridal all the way to corporate if I have to. People do not deserve to have their big day be ruined by such worthless unconscionable excuses for human beings. TERRIBLE!!!

I used Big Things Limo for my parent’s wedding anniversary. We were very happy with the price and the service that was provided.
We received the red carpet treatment as expected. That evening my parents felt like they were a royal couple receiving royal service.
The driver was very friendly. He patiently waited as we dined at a nice restaurant. When we approached the car he treated us like we were the only ones that mattered in that parking lot. So sweet!
I would definitely use this company again.

It’s true, you get what you pay for! $ 750 for two limos was too good to be true. Our wedding day was not the time for a company to mess up a schedule!
We asked for two limo’s on the day of our wedding. One in the morning to shuttle our Bridesmaids from the hotel to the church, as well as the Groomsmen from home to the church. We had a second limo after the ceremony to shuttle EVERYONE from the church to the reception site.
For some reason, limo driver number one was under the impression there was a second limo picking up the Groomsmen that morning. By the time he figured it out, it was too late. My husband-​to-​be ended up driving himself to the church. NOT COOL!!! As soon as he dropped us off we asked him if he was headed to pick up the guys. He said, «No there is another limo getting them.»
Oh yea, the driver also did not have a sense of direction. He picked us up in San Leandro and the church is in Oakland. Why did he hop on 880S?
I mean, we were all where we needed to be on time, so its all good. But let’s just say those limo drivers did not receive tips. Plus we did not get the Red Carpet that was included in our package.
That is nice that the owner stands up for his driver. But take ownership that you all messed up. Thanks!
