My daughter, grand daughter(4 ½ yrs) and I went to get a pedi/mani. It was the first time for me but my daughter has been there a few times and satisfied. My experience was ok but what my daughter had to go through was terrible. First, we walked in and picked out our colors from the color wheels. My grand daughter and I was done and waiting for my daughter. As you know, they do the pedi first so she had the pedi done and when they started the mani, the lady started to paint her nail and my daughter notice that was not the color she had pick out. Then the lady said«oh, we didn’t have the color you pick so she, the lady picked a color for her without telling my daughter. When my daughter ask her why didn’t you tell me you didn’t have the color, that she would have picked a different color for her feet. They(not my daughter) continue to look for other colors in which we were frustrated by then(2 hours later) and trying to explain what happened. Bottom line, pick colors and make sure they have them the color before starting the pedi. They need to fess up that it was their mistake and not the customers. Having to explain to them was an ordeal. This one lady was not having it when my daughter started to explain why she should have told her they didn’t have the color up front. My daughter was so frustrated that we just left, not getting her nails polish. My daughter paid for her pedi and grand daughter’s. Oh, they also wanted to charge her for pedi/mani…my daughter puts up her hand and said«FORWHAT». They didn’t polish her nail. I told the manager that they need to mark or take off the colors they don’t have or check first before starting

I’ve been all over this side of Elk Grove looking for the right salon & never went back to any salon twice… until I stumbled upon this one. I went in, in a rush, since I was leaving out of town that day(2 hours before my flight) & wanted a toe color change & gel manicure. Not only were they very attentive, but friendly as well. The techs actually spark up a conversation with you & try to get to know you(even if it is rehearsed, it’s nice to be treated like you’re cared about). My nails came out great & lasted 3 weeks(could have gone longer but I needed a cut down). So I went back in for my next visit, with a different tech, & received the same service with nice looking nails. The prices are reasonable. They’re not overpriced at all, in my opinion(& I’ve seen some salons charge $ 30+ for gel manicure). I’ll definitely go back for my next manicure & hope to receive the same great service as the last 2 times.

This is the nail spa to visit in Elk Grove. The staff/technicians are knowledgable and very friendly. The owners will make sure you are satisfied as customer service is paramount here. I love the new organic products. There are many many gorgeous gel colors to choose from. I highly recommend this place. Go enjoy a hot cup of tea or glass of wine and let them pamper you. Lynn(wax) is my technician and she’s amazing!

DON’T GETRIPPEDOFF!!! Never again! My aunt recommended this place since it was just around the corner from their house and my cousin and I needed our nails done fast since we were in town for a wedding that day. We walked in and told them we both wanted mani-pedi’s. It was an old lady named Ann who greeted us and seated us. She kept trying to sell us the promotion package that the had on the board for $ 65, which we turned down multiple times. Asking once is more than enough, twice is kinda of annoying, but anything more is just rude. She even asked if I wanted my eyebrows waxed. NO! and then she asked if I wanted a different nail package and then she wanted to put shelac on my toes. NO! NO! NO! and then at the very end she charged me more than my cousin and we both had the same thing shelac(gel) manicure and done, nothing different. Ann did such a horrible job, my nail tips were crooked. All she needed to do was file it straight and the nail polish job was sloppy! Gel polish all over the place, I ended up going to Rite Aid to buy a file and nail clippers just to clean up her crappy job. She was really rough too, like grabbing my hand towards her and throwing my hand back at me when switching hands. I hope the owner gets rid of her. Not professional, not friendly, nasty old woman should just retire. If I’m gonna pay $ 43 for a gel mani and a pedicure at least do it right. My cousin was charged $ 40. Love your job, or find a different one. Definitely put a damper on getting ready for a big wedding. There’s a better spot in the other plaza, you should go there! and stay away from Ann.

This place has an eye-catching name«First Organic Nails». Because of the name Organic, I decided to go inside the store to try it out. So I inquired about the pricing. So this middle age lady gave me the menu. After reviewing the menu, I asked about the description of different types of Pedi/Mani since it was not listed on the menu. The owner had a difficult time explaining and basically said, try it out, «It’s very good. And I ended getting man and Pedi gel without thinking twice. The lady made me sit at the chair with the hot water and told me someone will be right there in few minutes. I waited over 30 minutes for someone to do my pedi and I see the same lady who made me sit down walking back and forth. She occasionally passes by and smiles at me and talks to other customers. I was like thinking to myself should I walk out… And after 45 minutes, the lady walking back and forth comes and starts doing pedicure. Pretty strange. Why couldn’t she started earlier and wasted my time. She starts doing my pedicure but not taking any interest in cleaning my toes… constantly looking at the TV. And after 15 minutes, she asks another person to finish the work. I’m just sitting with a glass of wine and thinking it’s strange. And this nice young lady(Karina), examines my leg… nodded and restarted doing it again. And she started applying a wrong nail polish. I had to immediately tell her that’s not the color which I picked out. Then she does my manicure, within 10 minutes it was done. She asks me do you need a massage for manicure… hmmmmm…They told me my nail paint should last 3 weeks but that’s correct. it only lasted a week. It started coming off. I would say Karina is very nice and polite. If I have to go back again, would get my pedicure done with her. But this place, they only use lotions to massage and hot stone. I rather pay the same money another place to get paraffin and other stuffs for cheaper.

Absolutely the best care and attention to clients. The spa has a glass wall water fountain that just puts me in a peaceful frame of mind. Technician Ann is incredible and the owner Lynn couldn’t be more kind and attentive!
