I adopted what I refer to as a «damaged shelter dog» a year ago. Poor Matti has issues from her past life experiences. Heather Frey, a Reiki Practitioner out of Elk Grove Reiki, performed a Reiki treatment on Matti in my home. Matti warmed up to Heather immediately, which is very unusual. She proceeded to sit peacefully by Heather during the entire treatment. Matti’s behavior has improved since her treatment. I highly recommend Heather to anyone who has adopted a dog that needs help with issues from past abuse, neglect or abandonment.
