Dexter’s teaching is one of the best in the nation. His students are from tennis beginner to #1 in Northern California and top 20 ranked in the nation. Making high school team is way too easy if you take lesson from him.

Dexter has been in the business for a long time and taught my kids about 10 years ago. My children enjoyed his group lessons and some participated through High School. Dexter is friendly, and a good communicator. His knowledge base in tennis is huge and he can certainly provide one with the tools necessary to take a Junior tennis player up the ranks. I realize that a person’s skill level can only increase if the person is willing to put time into it, but Dexter has the ability to take you to the next level. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced player.

Dexter has been a fixture for Tennis in Sacramento for over 30 years. I took lessons from him during and after high school and he took a pretty average talent and got me competitive enough to make the City college team. Those drill sessions, as I think back at Park Terrace, allowed me to play instinctively while ingraining those necessary reflexes to make the right play. He is more than a technical coach, but works on your mental approach as well. Which is more critical? I think they both need to be groomed. Any aspiring junior would greatly benefit from his coaching. Good to see he is still around.

Dexter currently teaches at the California Family Fitness Center in Elk Grove, California to all ages and skill levels with special emphasis on junior players. He offers private and group lessons to help you reach your tennis goals. Amazing coach and has over 30 years of experience!!! If you want to learn how to play tennis at a basic level, advance your skill level, receive assistance in tournament playing, etc, take a lesson from Dexter. He’s pretty much the best coach one could find. Check out his website– woo hoo. :)
