CVS Pharmacy

Love this CVS! It’s never dirty or overcrowded. The staff is very friendly. The location is convenient for me based on my location. I love that they have the drive thru and have great clearance sales on seasonal items. I am a regular shopper of this location.

Standard drugstore here. Conveniently located for those of us in the area, and it isn’t part of a strip mall so there aren’t ever crowds or issues with parking.
The store is extremely clean and the employees are all really helpful. The pharmacist that I dealt with was great. Really knowledgeable.

Horrible customer service… Would not give cash back for a defective item that was purchased with cash the night before. There was a receipt also. But because you have a seal that has a bar code on it. They would not give her the cash back because she was told there is no bar code to read the item??? Then how were you able to authorize a store credit?

I’ve come here since they opened up years ago. It’s very convenient since I live in a residential area not far from here. It’s very convenient to pick up milk bread and other small items for myself and the family. The staff is very friendly in the front check out counters. I usually get my prescriptions from Bel Air, but have always wanted to switch since CVS is closer. I want ahead and dropped off a new prescription thinking I would have to fill out all this paperwork but it was not required. Everything went fine on the first prescription but two months later when I dropped the same prescription off again through the drive-​through this time. The pharmacist was so rude when he came back and said he did not have the meds. I said no big, but when will they be here? He said again we don’t have them I said well that doesn’t answer the question let me just talk to your boss what is his name and phone number. I asked him if he can write it down he said no so I just parked the car and came in. The pharmacist is a black guy I don’t remember his name and I’m always telling you he is a black guy because he’s the only black guy there in the pharmacy. So beware of him when you get there kind of rude.

It’s a drugstore, nothing special but I will say that the employees are always very polite when I come here

If I could give this location more stars I would! The employees are amazing. They are beyond helpful and always kind. Hats off to John and Tyneshia. I will not deter from this location bc of its closeness to my residence and the service they offer!

This CVS is no where close to me but since it’s pretty close to my mom’s place, I come here to buy essentials with her sometimes. They staff are mostly friendly, the place is clean, and the parking lot is clean and the area is good b/​c the store has its own lot and is not part of a shopping plaza. However, the prices here are higher than the regular retail prices at other CVS stores. I believe corporate sets the prices to be higher in different areas (generally more economically depressed/​poor places, ironically and despicably). So I am more careful to only buy sale items here and being a deal seeker, I usually don’t buy anything that doesn’t have some deal attached to it anyway. =) Overall, 4 stars, hopefully it’s still a good place to shop as I haven’t been here for a while now.

It was my first time dropping off a prescription at this location for my dog. My dog was very sick and was in need of his medication. I was told by the clerk that I will receive a text when my prescription is ready. Well, I never received a text nor a phone call and by the time I wanted to go back in, they had closed! I ended up having to go in the next day after work in the afternoon! Luckily this wasn’t a life or death situation for my dog, but it could have been for someone else!

Convenient. Friendly staff esp the pharmacy dept. Very close parking.
It always feels like no one comes to this cvs, which is also why i like it! I dont like crowds! There’s usually no lines so u can realistically go in, grab milk, pay, and be out of the store within 5 – 10 min.
Tip: Sign up for cvs card. They email u coupons, which u can tell it to send to your card, and u dont have to print anything out.
This visit i got 25% off of milk! Woohoo!
4 stars bc majority of prices are higher than average.
