Burger King

If I could give only one point of a star, I would!
Bad place to get a burger with bacon on it. Every time I go to this location, I get little mangled bacon crumbles on my burger instead of actual strips of bacon.
And I also have to mention the bulbous black sooty ball, of what I can only describe as ashy, nasty and crunchy, that I pulled out of my mouth after biting down on my burger. I was so grossed out I couldn’t even force myself to finish the burger.
I think I’ll go back to stopping in at Carl’s Jr or Wendy’s instead of Burger King until their food standards are raised. They obviously have their standards too low for my taste. Hell, even McDonalds food quality is better than Burger King.
I’m so saddened, because I honestly always liked Burger King over the other burger places.

Since I’m not too familiar with the area, this Burger King location was a bit hard to find (it’s right by a gas station), but I had great service here. The woman that helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was on point as well!

Drive through is always kind of slow and honestly, any time I come here, I always get lukewarm food. I can’t recall when I actually have received hot and fresh tasting French fries from this particular Burger King. By the time I get home (a 5 minute drive from BK), my lukewarm fries are cold and I don’t really eat cold fries.
Only reason I give it another star is because the staff is always really nice.

Why is the sundae, soft serve machine down every night here at about 830pm? I waited in line for 10 min for them to tell me the machines down again? I’m done here. No wonder why McDonalds blows them out of the water.

This review is for the young man that works the drive through. He is mixed around 19 to 23. Has a lot of tattoos on his arm. He is very attentive and seems like a hard worker. It’s so refreshing to see people like him that enjoy there job and try to excel in there field of work.

This review is for my experiences I’ve had with the drive through only.
I’ve stopped by this Burger King in Elk Grove a few times and used their drive through for late night munchies when the hubby or I crave for a quick burger bite and have never had any problems. It is located right next to a Chevron gas station so we normally fill up before ordering food. Customer service is always good and they’ve never messed up on our orders so no complaints here.

We had to wait a little bit for the chicken strips and they give us one extra for waiting, good service :)

I had a great time at Burger King. I am glad that they have coupons given out through my mail. It made so much affordable to share with my friends and family.

For an establishment that’s connected to the gas station with a bunch of high school kids that run through here. it’s amazingly clean and fast service. I don’t really have any complaints, they had free crowns at the tables and they did well. Definitely coming back around when I’m in the area.

Bathroom was clean when I used it with paper towels. Omg someone actually cleaned the sink too WTF this is not normal. No flies inside the eating area and had a clean soda area. Clean management.
