Love this company! The Shutters in my whole house are beautiful, unbeatable pricing and the customer service is great.
Manuel, the owner of Budget Blinds Elk Grove is great to talk with and he has great customer service skills.
Shutters came in earlier than expected and were installed within the next week. Installation team was fast and efficient.
Overall, my husband and I are very satisfied with our Shutters and this company. I will say it again that the pricing is unbeatable.

Do not rely on the information provided. The owner should have said he didn’t have anything to offer for the price limit, but instead he said this is best and a good value. Once installed, defects in the fabric blinds and not only that when the blinds were pulled up the ends were all uneven and every time the blinds moved an adjustment was required to put the blinds back in place. The replacement blinds were the same thing except no factory defect. Donated the blinds to Habitat and will never order from Budget Blinds again. Lesson learned.

I just come home from work, I m just super happy to see my slide door shade & they just did good job in my whole house. They just finished my mom’s house too. I’m just super happy. They r so good & affordable. My husband told me even the guy that come to install the blinds, his name is Russian Cornell, he was very professional. Thanks soooon much.

They do a great job. Installed verticals on my sliding door and a special order shade on my stair window. Going on 6 years and they still look great. Great customer service and price was very competitive.

We ordered blinds from the owner after he came out and gave us a reasonable estimate. The blinds were installed on the day promised. They look great and no problems so far.

The only reason I put one star is because there is no option for none. I had blinds put up on every window in my house. The day the company left, one of them broke and I noticed a few others were not level and not flush at all, and another was starting to come apart. The company owner, Manuel, came out to my home a week later and said he needed to «order a part». This part was ordered early February, and finally Manuel came out in April. He blamed all of these issues on me saying I misused the blinds. He was extremely rude, and would not own up to his mistakes. I would’ve rather paid double for a reasonable, well mannered company than use Budget Blinds. DO NOT USE THEM.

Absolutely awful. We scheduled an appointment about a week in advance. When Manuel had not shown up at the appointed time, we called him. He claimed to not have our phone number or address, just the name. That’s crazy. We’ll be calling 3-​Day Blinds. They may be more expensive, but they understand customer service.

Chose this company because my dad and stepmom had theirs done by them and they looked great. Manuel the owner came to my place for a free estimate and is a very nice personable guy. He hooked me up with a nice discount with the reference but probably would give you one anyways. Few weeks later he was at my house installing and only took him about an hour and a half to complete the work. Windows look great now compared to before and were done at a reasonable price. Overall great experience highly recommended
