This guy terrorized and harassed me and my family when I was going through a foreclosure as a result of a mortgage servicer scam. He was on the property numerous times threatening us with the «Eviction Attorney», speaking as loud as he could so all the neighbors could hear. He should NOT have even been on the property at all since I was under bankruptcy protection. His threats were a clear violation of California Civil Code 1940. He also tried to off one of his clients «underwater» houses to me as a rental which goes to show you he cant even sell a house. Luckily the bank that owned my home fired him since someone else completed the lockout. This guy should have his license terminated since he has no ethics and shouldn’t even be allowed to sell used cars.

As a home improvement contractor I am a vendor for many real estate agents. I had done appliance repairs and replacement in the past for Mr. Slaton. Seven plus months ago he called us personally and asked us preform an appliance installation. We billed him as usual, but unfortunately he has neglected to pay the bill. Several times he said that «the check is in the mail». In recent months he has not returned our calls. I feel a bit sorry for him as it is obvious that he’s a victim of the down turned economy and unfortunately can not pay his bills. Never the less, he could show a lot more character.
