I look forward to updating this review later because I’m sure it will be nothing but more glowing praise. So helpful and patient, Scott just left our free consultation. I called him just this morning and received a return call within the hour for a same day appointment. He arrived exactly on time and was very pleasant. In just 15 mins he explained and fixed one of our problems and also helped direct me on how to solve another. I’m 3 weeks away from my due date so I’m looking for ways to lighten my work load around the house and I will absolutely be looking to Scott and his company to help me maintain my pool in the coming months!

Very disappointed, we heard they could turn green into clean so our pool which isn’t green yet should have been easier than the routine cleaning. Instead Scott took a single look at our pool and said he couldn’t clean it and that we need to buy our own equipment and clean it ourselves. Didn’t even acknowledged our question if he could refer us to someone else. To say the last there service was very unsatisfactory

Highly recommend this company! I needed a company who could get the job done! After having a bad experience with another company, I contacted American Pool Experts to see if they could get my pool from green to clean. They came over and had my pool ready to swim in 2 weeks. (The pool was really dirty). Overall I was very satisfied. They were friendly, professional, and most importantly got the job done.
