Elk Grove Gymnastics School

I hosted a birthday party for my 5 year old daughter this past weekend and was wholeheartedly disappointed with EGGS. The facility is cluttered and dirty, stacks of mail and papers cover almost every surface in the lobby/​viewing area which is also the «party room». The place was completely disorganized and every time I called no one seemed to really know anything about my party reservation. In fact, when I booked the party, I was told by Glen to «call back in a week and find out if I can staff this for you.»
Then on the day of the party there were no tables or chairs set up, and the coach who was working our party didn’t show up until about 10 min before guests arrived. This meant we were scrambling to get everything set up and we’re still doing so when guests started filing in. In addition, when we arrived before our assigned coach, none of the other coaches had any clue what was going on and were rude when we asked questions and essentially told us «we just work here». One guest called the facility on the way because they needed directions, and the coach shoved the phone into my hand and said «here, YOU talk to him.» I mean really, it was appalling.
The only saving grace is that coach Jonathan was very good with the kids, so they had fun.
