This is the BK that I stop at the most on the way home from work because just so darn convenient! I give 5 stars because my order has been perfect each time I have done drive-​thru. No complaints about that. Yesterday I got original chicken sandwiches with buy 1 get 1 free coupon. They had to cook the chicken so I had to pull into a parking spot and wait a few mins — but I knew they would be fresh. Although it is easy to stop after work since it is on the right or correct side of the street. In the morning, forget it! I usually go to that other BK on Lee now since much easier and just a different route. This BK — you have to turn right onto Elmhurst, then enter BK. But leaving? If you want to go Northwest again? have to exit onto Elmhurst, drive down the street, then make a Uturn, then left on Higgins/​Touhy. You cannot exit BK onto Higgins going Northwest — 3 lanes of traffic and a median! Forget it! But going home, I still love the place!
