Beware of auto repairs at Smith Family Nissan in Elk City, OK!!! When replacing my radiator, they bent and nicked the hose leading to the radiator causing my car to leak. I brought it to a different Nissan dealer who diagnosed the problem, they called and faxed all the information to NIssan in Elk City, OK, but they have refused to accept liablity! Now I have to pay for the same repair twice(another new radiator) for an additional $ 1500!!! Elk City Nissan won’t even return my phone calls or respond to my correspondence. I suggest you do not go here for auto repairs! They tell you their repair has a one year warranty, it’s a LIE. Not only did they do bad work, but they refuse to fix their mistake.
