Honestly the food is constantly good, which is something I appreciate. I like knowing what to expect when we arrive. The staff is a little sketchy though, we have had some mistakes made on our orders and some questionable waiters. They have always made a new item with no questions asked and are genuinely apologetic.

Done eating at Pizza Hut. Sooooo slow. Took at least an hr to get food, and you would think they would STOP by our table when walking by to see if we need a Refill on our drinks while waiting on food and eating. The waitress was very rude. We ordered appetizers, after 30min not getting them, I ask her, did you forget our appetizers, she said ‘We do have to cook them” in a sarcastic manner. We were with others and we ALL decided NO MORE PIZZA HUT.

Would give this zero stars if we could. Rudest service ever! We tried to place an order online and the coupon code wouldn’t work. So we called and asked about it. The girl who answered asked us to hold and asked her manager she came back and told us there was nothing they could do. We explained that the coupon didn’t expire until the end of the month. She put the manager on and he VERY hatefully told us that there was nothing he could do for us. We took our business down the street to Mazzio’s. Still boggles my mind how hateful some customer service people are. If you don’t like people get a different job!

Most rudest manager ever! We are contacting corporate about this idiot! We have eaten at Pizza Hut all over the United States and never had an experience like this. She forgot everything we asked for, food was terrible, filthy, and very unapologetic. She acts like its YOUR fault that the order was wrong. Def needs a job binding books instead of working with the public! Don’t waste your time nor money until she’s gone!
