Absolutely no supervision, an unorganized mess. What a shame! We placed a fairly large to-go order. Our mistake was assuming it would be correct before we drove away. When we sat down with the family, we found that half of our order was missing, and much of the rest was wrong. We could not raise them on the phone, so we had to drive all the way back and start over when we arrived. The young man was nice, but completely over-matched by his responsibilities. Although we had to drive back, there was no offer to make it right, I don’t believe he felt he had any authority to do that. This time we checked to make sure everything was there before we left, but when we got back, I found that my cantina burrito had nothing but lettuce inside the tortilla. At that point we gave up. How could you invest in a business like this and not care enough to have some oversight?

We stopped at this location while traveling. I am surprised at the bad reviews. All our servers were super friendly. This place gets bonus points for the way they helped a disable Vietnam war veteran. The server graciously carried his meal to his car. She smiled and looked honored to be helping him out. It was a great sight.

If you don’t mind armpit sweat in your taco and don’t mind waiting 45 min for someone to even help you, then this is the place for you. The restrooms were atrocious as well. This should be 0 stars. HORRIBLE!!!

So after nearly 30 minutes and a pretty simple order we were back on the road. Of course our receipt says 7:31 we didn’t even get to the window till 7:51. That’s not including the 10 minutes before we got to the window. After that I quit keeping time. I had the chicken soft tacos but every bite I took tasted like solid cinnamon… Not a good combination. We did get our drinks quick. But that’s honestly about the only positive.

Who is running this place? I’ve been here a few times and either my order is messed up, they’re not friendly or they’re closed. Come on this is Taco Bell, why is it closed at 9(their regular hours)? We had a very light snow storm yesterday and when we went to Taco Bell one of the employees was standing outside as we went through the drive thru. We sat at the speaker waiting to order… and waited… then finally we pulled to the window. We could see employees but no one came to the window. We pulled around to the speaker again then the window. Finally one of the employees waived her hands like«we’re closed» with out even coming to the window. We pulled around to the front and saw a regular piece of paper on the window with a font that could hardly be read saying they were closing early. We had like 1 or 2 inches of snow. That’s the last time I’m going to that Taco Bell.
