I am taken aback about how I was treated by the gentleman on the phone from this florist. Be careful if you are expecting good service. I had to apologize 3x because apparently my floral order was a great inconvenience. Wow.

They’ve always been helpful when I’ve gone in to arrange for plants (mostly for local or nearby funerals /​memorial services). Staff takes the time to get messages down accurately, even when ‘from the office’ messages involve over a dozen names. I’ve never been disappointed with what was delivered. They also seem to interact well with local funeral homes and are able to respond in a timely way, even when service plans change without announcement.
I wish that they carried a more extensive line of plants (not just lilies), especially those that can be made appropriate for a funeral, whether because of a nice basket or other trim, etc… maybe it’s just that I’m not from the south, but living plants, rather than cut flowers at a funeral always seem less morbid. I hate the idea of a family member having to deal with dead flowers after someone they cared for passed away…
Anyway — Rosey Posey does a good job, for a market-​reasonable price. The store staff seems to focus on fulfilling placed orders, like a more traditional florist shop, rather than combining a florist shop with gifts or other distractions.

Look for the photos I am about to upload of what I ordered, vs. what my sister received! $ 62 worth of carnations are NOT a gift. You should be embarrassed. If you live out of town and they know you aren’t going to see the trash they will send your loved one DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. The name of the store should be CARNATION CRAZY.

When does Rosey Posey come in handy dandy. Let me count the ways.
1. Simple directions from a blind caller from out of state.
2. No frills assistance to make people feel better with local talent of flower arrangments during both good times and sad times.
3. Delivery of said flowers.
4. Fresh flowers shipped to store.
5. Displays at the store makes me smilie even though it’s not Christmas yet.
6. She knows all, because it’s her job. just ask.
