Clerk reserved me a block of 12 rooms and secured them with a credit card. Stated she was having computer problems and was unable to complete my transaction that evening, but would call me back the next day to confirm. As a precaution, I called early the next day to assure my rooms were as promised and was informed that the motel would not honor the arrangements I’d made less than 12 hours earlier, 12 rooms at $ 145 per night for 2 nights, but I could get them for $ 189 per night. I called their owners, Mussleman Properties out of Louisville, to follow up on this issue. My name and number were taken by the receptionist and I was promised a call back immediately. The call never came. Done with Hampton Inn & Suites.

Stayed here last night. I would rate this hotel 5 stars. The service was impeccable, the hotel was clean and very well decorated. This will be my hotel that I stay at when visiting family. The rooms and bedding was very clean. I felt comfortable walking around bare foot, which says a lot for me!!! The indoor pool was clean and well kept. Hot breakfast was delicious. Thank you we loved our stay!!!

I like Hilton properties but the more I stay in Hampton Inns, the more I am leaning toward only staying at the full Hilton properties. We have a handicapped daughter and our son is rehabbing an ankle and back injury so we need two rooms. One with a handicapped bathroom and at least one with queen beds and a connector so that we have s bit more room to move around. I reserved two rooms of this type for our trip back from Florida four days in advance. When I got here, I was told that our room type was not available simply because the«first shift» had failed to set it up. I had tried to call to confirm earlier that day only to get no answer. My primary concern is my son is now in a room by himself and if he falls, we will not be aware of it. I will not be staying here again.

We have stayed at several Hampton Inns and this one was the most expensive with $ 142.00 with tax. It’s newly redone, clean and the décor very«upscale» but lacked the personal warmth of others. No baked cookies upon our arrival as in the last Hampton and sparse fruit at breakfast. I expected more for the price. It does have a beautiful indoor pool. Like any other chains-when did they start putting coffee makers in the bathroom! UGH! If you don’t mind the price I would go with a 4 star.

This particular hotel has potential to rate an honest 4 – 4.5 stars if the RIGHT people were hired. When a customer walks into a hotel they should be greeted with a «welcome» or at least a «hello». Anyone in the customer service industry should at least have the common sense & courtesy to at the least acknowledge a customer walking into any business. Our check-in was horrible on the night of August 2nd. The older lady at the front desk was rude & not welcoming at all. She obviously did not know how to speak to people. Then on Sunday Aug. 3rd, the very young girl working, who looked like she was supposed to working the front desk, however was sitting in the breakfast area snacking away was the most rude of all. She did not even acknowledge my husband & I as we walked in. She clearly saw us. Then my father attempts to buy 2 sodas from Hilton snack shop on the 1st floor by the front desk & she does not say«hello» or «will that be all«. All she says is «a dollar 50» & we ask her for both or each & she says nothing, so my father gave her $ 3& she puts 1.50 back on the counter. No «thank you» or «is there anything else you may need» ?? Nothing. I have traveled overseas & have stayed at much nicer hotels. This definitely was not a good experience. People like that should not be the first line of contact for customers!!! Horrible customer service! This hotel was not in a big city, however that is no excuse! The basic requirement for a job should be the ability to be able to provide good customer service. The sheets had hair on them. The bathroom, although it looked like the sink vanity & fixtures may have updated, the shower had areas of mold&mildew that NEEDed to either be sprayed down with clorox & disinfectant or be replaced. I could expect seeing mildew in a cheap 30 dollar per night motel, however not at a over $ 100 per night hotel. Also, during the day on Aug. 3rd, my sister, who had just completed a strenuous 1 month officer training at Ft Knox, attempted to take a nap in the room but could not due to construction being done for a few hours probably from 2−6pm & it being extremely loud. This was frustrating & uncomfortable! My father & I then attempted to relax in the pool & there was about a group of 15 children splashing in the pool. The only positive I could say was that the breakfast was decent & the bed, either it did not seem like a queen size bed, was comfortable. I would definitely find another hotel to stay at in Louisville if I were to ever return. It definitely is sad when you go on vacation & just want to relax so you book a, what you think is a good choice on a hotel, expecting friendliness, good service & accommodations and end up with an unsatisfying experience like this.

Reserved two rooms, forgot to cancel one — when checking in at 10pm I was asked by the extremely pleasant clerk if I was checking in for both rooms, I simply said ‘not if I don’t have to – I think we can make do with the one’ he said I didn’t have to. That’s it — no begging, no excuses — he said he’ll be able to sell the room. LOVED. The room itself — perfectly clean and comfortable. Close to many restaurants. Cold A/C, cozy, fresh linens with plenty of towels, good sz TV.

After spending almost a week at another Hampton Inn, we decided to spend the night here. We were highly disappointed, we found a water bug, which we thought was dead on the flood. The carpets were stained badly, the room was a light surface clean and they used used the wrong cleaner on the screen and the front desk wasn’t professional. They updated the look without really updating, if you know what I mean… Now maybe this was because we were on the first floor. Not sure. But we’re going to pass on this location from now on.(note: the«front desk did comp us 20 bucks on the room). We found another bug! If it wasn’t late, and hope too much stuff to haul, we would have left…

At this intersection off the Interstate you will find several chain hotels and I think this is by far the best one. We have stayed many times. Once they even had our name up on the welcome board. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the free breakfast is one of the best for the Hampton Inns. Parking is close to the front door and every stay we have been there the hotel has been quite with no running through the hallways or bouncing on the beds in the room above us. Perhaps we have just been lucky on those two issues. Swimming pool and area was clean and plenty of fresh towels. This hotel is close to serval restaurants all of which are within walking distance.

Like a «Beacon in a Storm»…quite literally… this Hampton Inn hotel truly was. Driving home from Savannah, GA. on the Sunday AFTER Thanksgiving, otherwise known as «Hell» Driving through varying samples of winter weather forces, THREE traffic jams, and sitting in the car for TWELVE hours(when it should have been only seven or eight at that point) We were done. We agreed to start looking for a place to lay our heads for the night. We really needed to stretch our legs, straighten our backs, get a bite to eat and recharge the batteries. This hotel fit the bill The hubby negotiated a very fair price with the welcoming manager, Hollie. The room was extremely clean and spacious. In the morning, there was a very good continental breakfast and it even offered healthy choices. Yogurt, apples, bananas, fruit salad, low-fat cream cheese & oatmeal. Plus the usual carborific choices of bagels, waffles, pancakes, etc. Excellent coffee. We were even sent home with little«On the go» boxes of bottled water, apple, granola-bar and mints. The staff could not have been nicer. This will be our midway rest stop(if needed) from now on when we go visit the daughter & son-in-law.
