Can’t understand it if a business wants you to come in why they put up caution tape to keep you from coming in from the turkey hill I went in there today and almost got in a crash because I had to go out of turkey hill and Sloans and then in to this business This will be my last time as my life is much more important then there items. I’m going to the police department and asking them if this is even legal. They do this just because people leaving turkey hill cut through there to avoid some of the light traffic by getting away farther. Does this company really care? I think not.

I am not a thrifter by any means, but i am able to appreciate this particular Goodwill. I first came to this Goodwill looking for an ugly Christmas sweater– they had a few options to meet the bill. After my initial trip– I was impressed. The store is very well organized. All the clothes are neatly hung, the board games stacked, and the glass wear sectioned appropriately. I’ve gone back a few times for different things– to kill time– to get a cooking pan– to shop for gag gifts. Each time I have been able to walk away with something I didn’t know I needed. Once I got a brand new board game for $ 5! They even offer a student discount, making their cheap prices even cheaper.

This goodwill does not contain many articles of male clothing. That being said, the staff makes the most out of the small store that they are working with and are always helpful.

They know me here. I’m a regular. And now that I’m unemployed, I practically live here. And it’s literally just down the street from my house. I’ve said it before, I’m a thrift store junkie. I stop in several times a week to see what’s just in. I’ve had a few good finds here this way, by way of vintage clothing, and a few good housewares items. I’ve even found a menorah and some kosher candles for in it. And a few great pieces for my collection of chrome kitchen ware. That being said, I’ve been told that most of the good stuff, the obvious vintage, etc, is generally pulled before the public can even get to it, and posted on . That hardly seems fair, but I guess if they can get money for it, that’s what they’ll do.

This is a grungy small goodwill, but its just a hop skip and a jump away from my place. I normally just donate all my old stuff and clothes my sons grow out of here. However I did find a great pair of super short rainbow and black swim trunks that hug my family jewels quite well. Watch out ladies.

This is a well-run, well-stocked Goodwill store with a good selection of clothing, books and household items. Take advantage of their SuperSaver card(or whatever it’s called) to get discounts on selected items every day. On Tuesday, it’s Pick a Discount Day if you have one of their cards. I’ve gotten great deals on professional clothing(blazers, nice pants) and on workout clothing. My teenage daughter dresses well — and looks like a million bucks — and this store is one of her favorites.
