Customer service is awful. Shirnell Marr was the rep and she was visibly annoyed at me for asking questions and made decisions without me. She didn’t ask if I wanted over draft protection and gave it to me when I didn’t want it. She was mad when I made her change it. Their website hasnt been updated since 1970. A lot of the links won’t load and just refresh account overview page. Shirnell had no clue how to use the online banking or the mobile app. Also, unless you’re doing 2500 $ business with them, you are charged to use the banking app. Since the website is a joke, this made this account useless to me. I closed it ten minutes after we created it. Shirnell told me I should just stick with chase. If my car loan wasnt already with them, they would absolutely not get my business. Its 2016, get on board with mobile banking or gtfo. OH, and you have to use credit on your debit card or they charge you a dollar. They charge 50 cents to check your account balance ATTHEIRATMS. What?
