I cannot say too much until I actually move in there, but these are absolutely beautiful. This area used to be the armpit of Elizabeth, a projects development was there, with crime and filth. Now it is a like a little city filled with all new apartments, townhouses, and homes.
I have heard it is very safe now and the only complaint is the #24 bus just doesn’t run often enough if you don’t have a car.
I’d live there.
Except when you mail an application you hear nothing until you act on it.
