I enjoy the pizza from here. It tastes really good. The delivery time was ok. The only thing that I didn’t like was that they charge a delivery fee. I ordered online so I got a email with my receipt. On the email it said«Any delivery fee charged is not a tip for the delivery driver. Please reward your driver with a tip for outstanding service.». Ok no problem but who gets the delivery fee money? I always give a tip so tipped the man. I just think that it’s wrong to charge a delivery fee and then tell customers to tip.

Best commercial pizza around in Elizabeth. Hands down. Hands down. ! They are not rude like other places. Cough cough(Dominoes, Pizza Hut). This place dies it’s customers service. Definitely never had a problem here. They are great with service. The store manager looks like he is doing a great job. Stopped in today for the buy one get one 50cents. the catch is they do sell you one at regular price. No biggie. The pizzas at papas are really good. Always fresh. The garlic dipping sauce that comes with the pizza are such a great touch. We ordered two pies and they were piping hot and oh so good.

Late at night, this papa john’s delivers(to the Marriott Renaissance hotel in my case), as in, they are pretty tasty AND they come through with the food even if you call at 12:30am from your hotel room by the airport asking for delivery and it’s clear to them that they are your only option. I was quoted 40 minutes for delivery(they close at 1am). It’s clear it’s a one-man operation late at night after everywhere else has closed, as the guy who took my order was the guy who pulled up at the hotel at 1:45 am to deliver to the lobby. Late late late, but there. I bet he took orders until 1 and then delivered non-stop until he was done. I was his last pizza. 1. He actually showed up. $ 10 tip for his tenacity. Straight-up. Late, but hot pizza that late is a hard find. Food at all, for that matter. 2. The pizza was GOOD and 100% correct. Ordered a «works» pizza with jalapeños on half. Got a «works» pizza with jalapeños on half. Damn impressed. AND damn tasty.
