I been trying to work with one of the managers to enroll in a program that will help pay part of the day care money since Mid July and have not luck. All I can said is procrastination is the word and lack of commitment. I am putting in doubt whether I will place my child there neither to recommend the place. The staff seem to put some effort to help but they do not have full information in references to questions I have ask. I call the manager myself in few occasions and all I get is that her supervisor have not give her and answer and that she will email back to what I am still waiting on. It is disappointing and show lack of professionalism and care for clients. If you cannot handle the issue just let the client know so they do not waste their time waiting on you. I have to rate one start but I would put zero but system won’t let me.
