This store alone has made me never want to purchase another item at Forever 21. The staff is unfriendly and unaware of where things are. Whoever the merchandise coordinator is needs a better sense of fashion, the clothes are always horrible. Overall F21 has great deals but friendlier staff who’s aware of where things are would help & a new merchandise coordinator too !

Can I give no stars? The line has 100 people on it and they are still just talking to each other.
Someone prob the manager just staying there counting coins and isn’t even opening up.

I agree with previous this store has an attitude problem.
They were very rude to all the men that were waiting
This store is very man unfriendly. They did not allow not allow men to sit down on one of the display areas when the ladies were shopping. There is an incentive not to shop here because of this.

Absolutely disgusting service. They will give you the biggest attitude for no reason. The clothing selection is pretty bad too unless you’re going for a «wanna-​be hipster» look.
Avoid at all costs.
