so i came to this dunkin yesterday with a friend and ordered a large coffee, on my way home i was quite surprised when i took my first sip of the coffee, it literally tasted like lemon tea mixed in with old sour coffee, coffee was very blend as well, i couldnt really taste the coffee, i dont understand how something like this can happen, ive been drinking coffee for 7 years and this was my first time getting a coffee that tasted so strange, it literally felt like i was drinking some kind of foreign lemon tea, weird. im giving this dunkin donuts only one star because the coffee was definitely not fresh and was mixed in with something else, i really hope they are cleaning the tools. also ive had bad experience with customer service before i just hope this doesnt happen to other coffee drinkers

This has become my quick fix place, haha when I need that caffeine. Whether it is drive-thru or going in the employees are very friendly and fast. They have gotten my order once but is expected with 10+ cars in line. Plus I still don’t know the menu and get all tangled up while ordering confusing the cashier. They have a gas station and is right but Trinitas hospital

I gave it one star solely on customer service this morning. My roommate and I had to take a friend to the airport at 5am on the way back we stopped here for coffee and a doughnut, we placed our order at the drive through and drove around. My roommate said, «hello, good morning!» Not a peep from the woman. She took his money and he again said, «hello» thinking she didn’t hear him. Still nothing. She gave him our order and he said, «thank you have a nice day» and waited to see if even at this point she would respond. She slammed the window shut. Not once did she crack a smile of show any kind of polite customer service. I know it was early, but dang the rudeness was unacceptable.
