Classic was referred to me by a family friend when my AC just decided to throw warm air about the unit the first week of May. My landlord was leaving at the end of May so we reached out immediately.
After coming out to see the work that needed to be done, the representative said Classic would get a quote out to us quickly. After a week and a half of no response, my landord checked back in and they told us they were waiting on a «supplier.» We had communicated our time frame and urgency. Our business was theirs to be lost or had. It was lost due to the snails pace in times of urgency.

Bill P. called when he was en route and arrived within 20 minutes. Very cordial and professional. Adjusted the thermostat so the air conditioning unit could be operating when he checked. Cleaned the exterior and verified proper settings. Checked the furnace, and would have replaced a dirty filter but we have a non generic size. We have used the company twice and calling the second time should leave no doubt we appreciate the professional service.

I have used Classic twice now and I’m just as impressed the second time as I was the first. Always on time. Preston is very friendly, courteous and knowledgable and does a good job at explaining how the furnace and A/​C work. Our furnace went out early morning New Years Eve 2014 in zero degree weather. We called for service and the technician was on time, good thing since the part store closed at noon for the holiday. He was able to get the part and our furnace working that day. So glad we didn’t have to be without heat for a few days. Happy to have found a great company that I will continue to use!

Classic Heating replaced furnaces in two rental units for me. They are reasonably priced, have great service and, most importantly, honest. They worked with my tenants for scheduling and kept me informed from the beginning through inspections. I will use them for all HVAC needs.

Bought a groupon for this company before we closed on our house because our inspector told us the furnace, while only 7ish years old, had never been cleaned. The people at classic are so helpful and really go the extra mile for their customers. This morning when our furnace was blowing cold air, Paul called us back very promptly to troubleshoot over the phone instead of costing us major money in hvac repair fees. I highly recommend this company!

Appointment was set between 8 and 9 am today. Paul called at 8:15 to say he’d arrive in 15 minutes, which he did. Courteous and knowledgeable. Thoroughly cleaned my A/​C unit, inside and out. Paul removed all the leaves that had accumulated inside the unit over the past 3 years. Cleaned the coils, removing cottonwood silk that had accumulated over the same time period. Then he checked the pressures, amps, voltage, etc. Paul did not try to pretend anything was broken that was not. He did not try to sell me anything. He quietly and efficiently did his job.
Does my 24-​year-​old A/​C unit cool my place quickly now!
It was nice to get good, competent, straightforward service without shenanigans.
