What a ripoff artist! Overpriced and deceptive. Greg installed component video in our home while it was being built — despite the fact that we had an hdtv and receiver — and did it in such a way that it is virtually impossible to replace with hdmi without ripping up the walls. When confronted, he was defensive and dismissive. Recently, I replaced our receiver and discovered that he didn’t even label the speaker wires — just another example of his slipshod work. Anyone who hires him needs to watch him every minute to make sure he’s actually giving you the latest technology and is doing it in a way that doesn’t make upgrading a nightmare. And be prepared for nastiness and push-​back if you have a problem.
