NEVER EVER EVER GET YOUR DRUGS FROM HERE. They have messed up my pain medications twice one time about a year and a half ago I was prescribed 10 mg of norco which are oval and white they gave me 5 mg which are white with pink dots. Had i not been a nurse and knew the difference I could’ve thought they were just a different brand and when I went back they were laughing about it. It’s not funny somebody living in chronic pain and you gave them half the prescribed dose is not funny to me and being in healthcare if I fucked up like that I’d be crying feeling awful. No these people laughed it’s hilarious. So a year goes by everything seems fine even with the medication change okay great well about two months ago I turn in my prescription for dilaudid 120 count At first I didn’t resize anything these pills are very small about a centimeter but after two weeks it looked lower than normal. So i counted them I’m missing 20 pills. So I call and they tell me impossible their machine counted you misplaced them or took more than usual. After calls to the manager and the store owner they found out i was missing 20. So they call I didn’t answer because i had been playing back and forth for days with them and they were saying no it didn’t happen they leave me a voicemail and it just says give us a call. Nothing urgent on there so I’m skimping on my medicine to make sure I have enough. A week and a half later my mom goes there to pick up her prescription and they said please give this to Kate. It was 20 pills with a note that said «we shorted you 20 pills very very sorry» are you kidding me? I tried calling to why this happened in the first place I suspected theft no one would call me back. I refuse to go there now. Whatever I probably could’ve taken legal action or police action but I honestly don’t have the energy and it’s not going to do anything to them. But please beware count your pills check the labels and look online and make sure that’s how they should look.

This store has a great pharmacy staff. They are so friendly and efficient. Also, they have a store card now that allows you to get really great prices on weekly items. Last week we paid $ 1.99 for cases of bottled water. This place is local, consistent and customer conscious. Love it.

This is one of my favorite Walgreens the staff are always attentive and very kind! It is so amazing how companies spend a lot of time and money on corporate training when the key to great customer service is very simple and that is kindness. The ladies at the cosmetics area are genuinely hardworking and helpful. I appreciate great service like that.

This Walgreens is always busy. Nonstop busy, but they are good at what they do. The busy environment hurts customer service sometimes, but in the end, you get what you need!
