John Sutton – State Farm Insurance Agent

We love Sutton’s office. Many of our extended family members are also customers. John is very friendly and takes his time explaining options to us. His staff is very helpful and I always hear back from them quickly — we especially like Kathleen! We’re happy with our rates, the customer service and we never feel pressured.

We have been customers of John Sutton for over fifteen years, and during that time I think we filed one homeowners claim for hail damage to our siding over ten years ago. We have both our homeowners and car coverage with John Sutton’s office. We are not customers that call frequently, but on the few occasions where we did call we NEVER got a call back from John Sutton. One month ago I called with some questions, and needed a call back. Needless to say, we have heard NOTHING! His staff is the OPPOSITE of helpful or knowledgeable. The one good thing I can say is that State Farm rates are very competitive, so we have decided to change agents. Problem Solved. BEWARE… if you want an agent who has ANY level of customer service DO NOT GO WITH JOHN SUTTON!!! When you need your insurance company you need them to be there, to be knowledgeable, and to ANSWER THE PHONE and NONE of these traits can be attributed to JOHN SUTTON!!!
