Can’t say enough good things about Ace Relocation. Starting with Kurt Kramer, who came out and gave me the estimate on my move from Chicago to Sarasota. Even though it was not the lowest estimate, I had read such good reviews and felt that it worth it to go with quality for a cross-​country move. I had my household stored in Elgin while I bought a house and was ready to move in. The packers and movers in Chicago were great. They worked quickly and professionally. For 2 months Colin, my representative, was in constant contact with me. When it came time for my move-​in, the date and time was exactly as promised. When I say exactly I mean exactly. My doorbell rang at 10 am on Aug 31 as promised. Manual and his coworkers were professional and very helpful during the move-​in. I’m very grateful to all who made this a stress free move.

Day late and dollar short. Expensive, and poor communicators. Pickup driver didn’t show in time alloted, showed up 2 and ½ hours late, then couldn’t deliver until 12 days after pickup even though a time frame was specified at first conversation. AVOID!
