Worst food I have ever had! My food was served in a microwave container both mine and my husbands food tasted like left over warmed up when I asked about the container she replied by saying oh it’s fresh cookedi — maybe it was fresh 3 days ago!!! We both felt sick to our stomach soon after eating there only stopped on our way home because there wasn’t many places there to eat big big mistake!!! STEERCLEAR!

Great Chinese restaurant in Eldorado, IL. Easily one of the best Chinese restaurants in southern IL along with Peking. Love their Mongolian beef! Staff is nice and it is family owned.

In Little Egypt(far southern Illinois) this is a very lucky find. El Dorado has a gift in the shape of a basic, bustling, delicious Chinese restaurant. This is a family run place and the cashier/mom/manager had her three young children with her, as school is out. When the mom could not, their oldest daughter handled the transactions – all of perhaps 9 years old. This is right on the state highway and I almost missed it. I turned around to investigate the funny, small orange-painted building and found a parking area I could fit my RV into. I ordered the Shrimp Chow Mein which was the most tender and flavorful chow mein I’ve had in at least five years. The steamed rice was fresh. Whether you eat in or out you are served with to-go boxes, etc. You can eat in but it is bare/clean/basic. What I loved was the hint of fresh garlic in my «small size» chow mein, which was enough for both lunch and dinner for me. I just closed my to-go carton and popped it into my RV refrigerator.
