I visited Karla yesterday for my first true Neuromuscular massage — ever! I’ve had deep tissue and swedish massage with experienced therapists before, but nothing like this intensive and healing session and I’m feeling better than I have in YEARS. As others have said, tell Karla what pain or discomfort your experiencing, she is so talented at identifying the connections between other areas of your body that you’d never expect are contributing to your pain. I’ll absolutely be coming back for future therapy sessions and very likely other spa services like facials and waxing that others are sharing reviews on. Karla knows her stuff, and takes the time to know what «stuff» (ie. techniques!) you need applied while keeping a good read on your comfort level. She’s magical! And the best part — her prices are completely reasonable considering the healing you’ll receive. Just make an appointment, you won’t regret it.

It was my first time here and Karla was lovely! Very nice and accommodating and knows what she is talking about. She takes your skin type into consideration and offers a lot of help. The facials bring your face back to life!

I wish I could give more stars! I went in for a 90 minute swedish/​deep tissue massage for my birthday. She worked magic and was able to do a lot of work! I have only good things to say and you won’t regret it!

I have been having severe neck and shoulder trauma and pain from a car injury. I have been going to a chiropractor and other masseuse for MONTHS! They couldn’t relieve the pain that Karla could in one hour!
Tell her exactly what your problems are and she will fix you up! No lie — it feels like COMPLETE TORTURE at first — but it’s totally worth it. You’ll feel so loose and relieved right after!

Karla is an excellent massage therapist. But she is far more than that. She has helped me immensely in my recovery from rotator cuff surgery. Through massage therapy and ultra sound she really helped put me on the road to recovery. 6 weeks after my surgery I was involved in an auto accident which really caused severe pain in my shoulder. When I wasn’t responding as well as we would have liked, Karla tried light therapy. After 2 treatments I was able to raise my arm over my head without pain. Before the light therapy I could barely raise my arm halfway up and that was extremely painful. I would definitely recommend Karla to anyone seeking a massage therapist.

Karla does a great job identifying the specific needs of your body and working to try and heal you. She is always willing to accommodate your schedule to help you get a massage at the last minute if you need it. If you book a series of appointments she’ll give you a discount. Be sure to give her a try you’ll be very happy with what you get.

Karla is amazing! I frequent little wishes spa once a month for back pain and she never ceases to amaze me at pin pointing exactly where the pain originates. I always leave relaxed and relieved. I’ve also done the couple’s massage with Estella, and my husband absolutely adores her. He works in demolition and is always one big knot. Every time we’ve both gone in I hear snores coming from his side of the room by the end of the session. Little wishes provides excellent service, and has knowledgeable and caring staff.

Through a friend’s recommendation I came to this spa recently and was completely impressed. Karla and Esthela worked together to give me and my boyfriend a «couple’s massage». I have had many many massages in my years but this was by all accounts one of the best ever. They listened to what I was looking for and did an excellent job on a 1.5 hour massage. I will definitely go back!

Karla is wonderful. She listens to your needs and checks in to make sure that everything is just right. She is also very personable which I think is important. She has many wonderful services to choose from! The space is very relaxing. I would definitely recommend Little Wishes Spa.

It was my first time getting a body scrub and I loved it. There not to many place here in San Pablo /​Richmond /​El Sobrante area that provide this service. My skin feels so fresh and Rejuvenated. I totally recommend you to try it for yourself !!! This place is very clean and she is very professional. She does massage therapy, facials, body scrubs and waxing. Definitely my new spot in El Sobrante. I love the fact she took her time to explain what she was doing and Educating me on skin care.
