I’ve never written a Unilocal review before, but I had to praise the wonderful staff at Floor Dimensions. I had my living room floor laminate replaced, as well as the carpeting on my stairs. Their work was outstanding and professional, and I’m thrilled with my new floor. It is rare to find courteous, responsive, and professional work, but this business is a model upon which others should be based. Thank you to Tracy, Ryan, Michael, and Pedro for your services. I needed some sheet vinyl for a small kitchen. I found the product I wanted online, and Julie at Floor Dimensions placed an order for me with the manufacturer. It was a small order, and Julie was helpful, clear, and as gracious as if I had been choosing flooring for a mansion. I was completely satisfied with the service. Oh, and I appreciate the store’s low prices. I strongly recommend this business.

I started my kitchen remodel at Floor Dimensions in El Sobrante. They have by far the best selection of floor tiles I have seen locally. The estimate by Terry and the assistance of Steve made my project so much easier and I gained knowledge that was invaluable. I did end up with a general contractor who had other sources of materials — but I have confidence that Floor Dimensions would have provided a great product.
