Great service, great baristas. I work in the building for this CBTL, and this location beats all locations. I’ve gone to the one in Brea, Cerritos and Cypress, but this particular chain just trumps them all. The service is incredible. People are so welcoming. Even if it’s a chain coffee shop, the enthusiastic and warm energy that the employees bring make it seem like a mom-and-pop shop. I am a big fan, and they are even quick to apologize if service is slow. Favorite coffee drink: Iced hazelnut coffee, with half the powder Favorite pastry: Espresso mini scone, warmed up Favorite tea: Iced Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearl(green tea) Good time to-go: After 1:00 pm! Morning’s have very long lines!

30 minute lot parking, or they validate for 1 free hour at the structure nearby. I ordered two hot beverage. The flavors were as expected, no less. Service was friendly and quick, but the problem was the consideration of hot beverages. The un-drank chai latte with a shot of espresso started out spilling in the car’s cup holder, with the lid ON. I had to clean the mess so when I picked it up to sip it, it was boiling hot. Then I tried to open the lid, thinking to cool it down a bit so I can sip. BAD choice. The drink was filled over the rim so it immediately spilled over my hand, leaving redness all over. Coffee bean doesn’t have plugs for the drinks like starbucks does, maybe they should consider investing some, or the staff should stop pouring just below the rims.

I am a fan of coffee bean so I have been to plenty of locations, but this will be my new go to. All of the staff was very friendly and I was in and out in no time. My coffee was just as I ordered and done with a smile. I can be a bit cranky pre-coffee, but I must say I left this location with a positive experience because of the great customer service; which I always appreciate!

I don’t usually write reviews of chains, but I felt compelled to do so after my last visit to Coffee Bean. I went in with a terrible cough and in desperate need of a medicine ball tea. The girl at the counter was very sweet. Not only did she upgrade my drink to a medium, but she also gave me an extra tea bag for later. Her thoughtfulness and get well soon wishes were so honest that I had to write a review. Thanks! I really appreciated that!

Way to ignore customers while charging double for your drinks just because it’s at the airport. No thanks. Too loud, over priced, rude staff

Worst coffee bean ever! The woman was so lethargic and got the order wrong. Dumb service. Hate coffee bean.

Going, going, gone girl! No longer a fan! We all know that we can find good coffee anywhere — heck– I think MickyD’s has a decent cup of Joe… after all they got the same machines. What really makes the coffee experience is the baristas and the treatment you get from going in to your local café’. You want high energy, hospitality, a clean place and your coffee in your hands as soon as possible, because when you need coffee its because you NEEDCOFFEE! EPICFAIL @ CoffeeBean on a Sunday morning. All three girls seemed like they just got out of bed(no energy/slow) Psst… you work at a coffee shop — drink some coffee! Not clean(girl rolled out the big trash can through the front door — isnt there a back door for that) Ewwww! Girl forgot to make my coffee — I got it three customers after me once I asked for it(it wasn’t even crowded). 3 Strikes — I’m out!!!

RUDEEMPLOYEES! NOSTARS. I go to every coffee bean around everyday because i have an addiction. however, this coffee bean makes me want to just go to a startbucks. i recently moved and its the closest one around. I am sad to say the service provided was TERRIBLE! All the employees were very rude and when i always pay for extra things in my coffee for example vanilla powder they never put it in! I watch them make my drinks and when i tell them oh can you put in the extra vanilla and they said«i did» although i watched them and they didnt. I spoke to the manager after i got sick of how they treated me every time and she offered me a free drink next time. when i went back, they completely denied everything that happened. i don’t understand if im paying for something i should get what i paid for.

My favorite place for coffee and iced tea. You know you go a little too often when all of the baristas know your order the minute you walk in. My favorite chain coffee shop for iced tea. Used to get a flavored drip coffee every day but they discontinued offering a flavored drip… my only complaint! Really friendly, great spot to relax.

Always a fan of Coffee Bean! They have great green iced teas in this hot summer. I usually go to the Coffee Bean in Brentwood, but I have meetings in Redondo and need a nice refresher for my drive in good ol LA traffic. So, this will be my place to stop from now on. Very friendly staff!

Walked in, I waited at the order counter for 3mins before I was noticed. And when I ordered the girl at the counter was mildly rude and with out expression. I explained that I wanted to a blended vanilla drink, she seem to be bothered that I didn’t want a mocha hot drink. Well, I had said; «blended» where did they get to offer me a hot beverage. The young lady was obviously not in too great spirits to be there. When we re order was handed to the counter for me to pick up, it was dripping of the blended coffee, I found it had bothered me. It was very slow to have been received with a dry, and short demeanor. I wish it had been a different, more of a pleasant experience. Thanks Coffee Bean. I still enjoy ur hand crafted drinks, simply won’t be visiting this location on a future trip.

Not sure the type of training coffee bean employees get(Starbucks employees are trained so they can get through an average of 220 customers per hour with full staff and two cashiers) but i almost missed my 6:30am flight waiting in line. Maybe it’s gap between other coffee bean locations and airport franchises. Either way, a lot of room for improvement.

Love this place! I never thought I would say this about a coffee shop. The staff are awesome. I love all of their upbeat behavior. Made this day of studying very pleasant. I wish they worked at the coffee bean where I live.

The protein picnic box was amazing and a perfect mid morning snack! The dirty chi latte was good but my husbands americano wasn’t. The espresso was burned and that makes for an average to poor cup of coffee. They are quick and friendly. The crowd is a good mix of old and young, casual and business.

I hate Starbucks, but Coffee Bean is almost just as bad and this location is no exception. The issue here is with consistency. There is far too great of a variation in the quality and flavor of the drink from one barista to the next. They also just make a lot of mistakes here in general with special orders. I come here because it’s in the same building as where I work but have had too many issues and won’t be back. Today was the final straw. I order a small iced mocha latte, whole milk, half caff. First, the barista messed up the drink and did it with full caff. Then she did get the caff right but put way too much espresso in and the drink just tasted awful. Like burnt ashes or something. I had to bring it back and just ask for a refund as I didn’t want to bother with this place anymore.

The employees here don’t quite cut it as «baristas». My cashier didn’t even know what an iced hazelnut coffee was. And the espresso machine was down today. But it’s still coffee bean and I was glad to find a product I could count on. And they stay true to their usual prices here too, despite being in an airport. Thank you for the caffeine fix!

I stopped here to get some coffee really quick before dropping my bf off to lax airport down the street. I gave this place one star because of how UNNECESSARILY slow the service was! It was meant to be a quick 5 min stop and it took almost 20 min for me to get my coffee. There were about 3 people in front of me but most coffee beans and Starbucks locations are good about getting your drinks and food super quick. The three workers here were just socializing and taking their damn time. One of them was just standing around doing nothing. Super irritating! Don’t stop here if you are in a rush or have to catch a flight. Also this place is not the cleanest. The guy making my drink had so much dirt under his fingernails. Gag! And the coffee was not good. You would expect some consistency with a big franchise like cbtl.

This Coffee Bean is by far my most favorite! Everyone here is super friendly and efficient. Smiles all around at all times of the day. Free wifi, several tables to work and even outdoor seating. They have a tiny lot out front but you can also park in the structure. I believe they validate up to 30 minutes!

Came for a coffee because I was dragging ass and work had me in the neighborhood. Service was standard, received my coffee(vanilla ice blended) to go I a very reasonable amount of time, and headed out. The coffee has the weirdest aftertaste ever. Wish I had discovered this before I hopped on the freeways.
