Service was fast, friendly, and food was good. blueberry pancakes were the best but the biscuits and gravy were a little peppery…

Last night, my mom & I had dinner at IHOP and it was fun. I ordered tilapia with spinach and mashed potatoes and regret it, though! Instead I really loved what my mom ordered, fried chicken! I ended up eating 2 pieces and kind of ate my plate, but left half of it. Next time, I am going to stick to the breakfast classics! =) While the dinner menus were filling, they left me too full.

Terrible California scramble. Service was great but I guess you don’t go to IHOP for eggs and hash browns(soggy).

The wait was pretty long which was understandable because we had a big party and it was Mother’s Day but other than that the service was great. Everyone was very nice. Skarlet was the best. She greeted us so nicely when we arrived and made sure we were pleased with our service as we left. Great staff, will return the next time I’m in the area.

I just had to make a quick breakfast run before my workout and man do they make it with love! I got the Mushroom Swiss Omelette with added broccoli and avocado. Oscar was my server and he really knows how to spark up a conversation about the healthy lifestyle. Thank you again Oscar!

Man. What happened to IHOP? I remember it used to be so good! Pancakes so big and fluffy with flavorful bacon and sausages. Now it’s just sad. We came here for breakfast and it was busy so I said okay give emm some time. We got our food and it was the saddest plate I’ve ever seen. My pancakes where dry I had to drench them in syrup and my bacon looked like two sticks of twigs. I’m sticking to my Norma’s. It’s like Norms but they renamed it. So good !

Came for brunch. Little wait which is ok. Had to write our name down due to no one asking. 4 people came after us same thing. This girl name skarlet starting calling people’s names. One goes 2 goes three goes. Called a name wasn’t there. Then we where supposed to be called cause we where after James. The person after us goes then the next. We said what about our name. confronted skarlet she said oh called u name. We said no where stains sing right here. She said no I called u name. I said what’s ur managers name all of sudden well I’m sitting you right now. Amaze balls. Amit when wrong. It’s easy. Every one does it. And I hope the manager does see this. Oh everything awesome

Although I was a little turned off by the parking, once I got inside the service made up for it immediately. The food was good too. I’d come back for sure.

We skipped the one we normally go to in Westchester, and went to the El Segundo location instead. Although they were busy, the wait wasn’t too bad. We each ordered the Belgian waffle combo, and I asked for a side of hashbrowns that we were going to split. When the food came, the hashbrowns were on a small saucer, and the size was approx. 3.5″ by 2.5″. It was a TINY bit of hashbrowns, for $ 3.99! I asked one of the staff if this was the actual size of the hashbrowns, or did they make a mistake. She said that was it. If that wasn’t enough, the bacon was soggy, and greasy, and the sausage was hard and chewy. I’m giving them two stars because the service was very good, otherwise it would have been one star. $ 32.00 for a mediocre meal, with a really expensive side and drinks($ 2.99 for a tiny soda)? I’ll stick to the Denny’s on Manchester Blvd, or the one near the 405 in East El Segundo.

When I’m in the mood for pancakes I have to come here. Of course there are fancier breakfast restaurants with soft music and ambiance, but… their pancakes can not compete with ihop.

Busy location with a lack of parking and a long wait time. We were seated in the«patio» which is actually an awkwardly arranged enclosed space with a very slapdash feel to it. This area is also very echoey, which didn’t help the fact the five year old at the adjacent table was happily watching cartoons on an iPhone with the volume cranked up. Tried the Pancake Combo, which wasn’t impressive. Egg Whites and Sausage were cooked fine. Pancakes were cold and tasted like they had been sitting for a while. The Hash Browns had nothing brown about them — aside from the thinnest layer of crisp strings on one side, it was a half-inch-thick block of gummy potato. Server also seemed overwhelmed and uninterested. Cashier was the only friendly employee encountered on this visit.

This place was horrible! I went in there and no one was in the front. We were waiting 10 minutes to be seated, no one ever arrived so my boyfriend went all the way in to ask if we can take a booth and the lady said yes. We sat there for 15 minutes and we were never approached. There was also a group of 25 rude people screaming at the waitress. It was disturbing. I never leave bad reviews but this place was that bad. Never coming in here again.

I dragged my husband out for the IHOP anniversary when the pancakes were just 50 cents. We first tried the location near us in Westchester, but the line was literally out the door. We came here and it was much more manageable. We parked in the lot right away and only had a brief wait, maybe 2 or 3 minutes, before being seated. The service was friendly and attentive, and I really enjoyed those 50 cent pancakes :)

Great place to stop after leaving LAX before hitting the road. Clean restroom, super friendly staff and decent food.

I was super excited to come eat here tonight. Too bad I’m sitting near the kitchen where the damn cooks are blasting music that I shouldn’t have to hear. Besides our waiter not checking in on us nearly enough we have been waiting for our food ugh. Very disappointed

Arriving at LAX an hour before planned, we swung by this IHOP around 4 am for breakfast and to kill time. The place was empty, but by the time we left, it was bustling with patrons. I got the Country Omelette($ 12), which was a tasty and savory blend of ham, cheese, onions, and hashbrowns, topped with sour cream. I was expecting Denny’s portions(which have dramatically decreased over the years), but the omelet was huge. It also came with a side of your choice: fresh fruit, toast, pancakes(3), or hashbrowns. I chose fresh fruit, which were grapes and melons. I also tried some of Craig P.‘s side pancakes, which were decent, but I was so stuffed by the end that I could’t even finish the last third of my omelet. Portions are huge and you definitely get your money’s worth. The restaurant is clean and the staff is nice. Wouldn’t mind coming here for breakfast again before or after a flight!

I came here for breakfast the other day. I arrived with a colleague prior to a company related event. The lady was very nice and sat us at a booth and I saw the special pancaked for the holiday. WOW I had the pumpkin pancakes with whip cream and they were amazing! The breakfast plate with eggs, sausage and hash browns were whatever. Come on down here. There is a huge parking lot and the staff is super friendly.

This place is small with a tiny parking lot, we were told the wait would be 25 mins. there were a lot of family party there with over two people… we were seated in seven mins. so its cool when there just a party of two, and our food came out in about eight mins. we were check on twice, two things is the restroom need to be clean or at least checked on the trash can was over flowing with paper towels and the parking need to be redone.

This 2nd review is for the service I had once the manager invited to accommodate us based on the first review. This was a great time. The managers and servers understood that we had an ordeal our previous time. Service was better than expected even on a regular occasion. 1. Food came our promptly for appetizers. And was pretty delicious. 2. Refills were always coming thru. 3. Entrees were fresh and also very well prepared based on preferences. I’m a fan of IHOP so it gives me enormous pleasure to be able to re-review a franchise from a bad experience. Thank for accommodating us today, Near LAX? Come hear to easily unwind for a good meal from a traditional diner.

It worked. Thanks for a great morning, for us at least. I can see where IHOP could be a disaster on a Sunday morning, but we got lucky and they hit it out of the park, this Sunday. We brought half of the hockey team and some parents after a 7am practice. They got us seated on the outside patio almost immediately, wow. Good Start. The server took our our orders as servers do, in a organized fashion, orders were cooked and served with zero problems. Sometimes you get lucky, we had a great morning. Now, caution there are probably at least 10 bad reviews about a loud hockey team on the patio, but hey we were having a rocking good morning.
