I am delighted to recommend Al & Sons Termite & Pest Control for their professional manner of service and clear communication in customer relations. The estimate and inspection process happened as expected. The contract along with explanation of fumigation process and chemicals was clear and straight forward. Cory and the team from Beneficial Fumigation were patient with our questions, careful with our property, fast and on time. This would be a 5 star rating except (in fairness) BENEX removed the tent at 6:45 AM which was earlier than expected and annoyed the neighbors. Roger Medina is a solid gentleman and Fernando worked hard to serve us. Brandie at the office is an ace communicator. I’m recommending this company to my friends and our neighbors. :-)

After I purchased my home in 2003, with a termite clearance, I suspected termites. Al & Sons, referred to me by a friend, came out and did a thorough inspection and issued such a detailed report, that the company that had issued the false clearance (which wasn’t Al & Sons) paid to have my home tented and treated.
I have used Al & Sons ever since for minor damage to my outside deck from swarms of termites, and to do a thorough re-​inspection a couple years ago, which resulted in vent screening and sealing as a preventative measure. They are honest, friendly, experienced, and know what they are doing. They charge reasonable prices, issue very detailed reports and invoices regarding their work, and are always on time. I wouldn’t use any other termite company. As a vulnerable homeowner, unschooled in the ways of termites, this company gives me peace of mind, for which I am very grateful.

We used Al & Sons Termite and Pest Control Inc. for years; they came out yearly to check if we have termites; for this service we pay annually. If we do have termites, they treat them without extra cost. One of their employees tried to make side businesses with us; we once fell for it, but we discovered that he was lying. When we told the manager of Al & Sons Termite and Pest Control, the manager said that he has no responsibility for his employee’s behavior, he didn’t apologize, and he didn’t tried to make up for his employee’s unethical behavior, even though we have been customers for years.
We will therefore discontinue using this company.

These guys tented my house and while I not qualified to tell you if all the termites are gone, I can tell you that they were professional and nice and took time to answer all my questions. They seemed to do a very thorough job inspecting my house. They initially thought I might have a more serious termite problem, but after crawling under my house for 20 minutes, the gentleman emerged and said there USED to be a more serious problem, but the previous homeowner had treated it. That was nice because I wouldn’t have necessarily known if they had told me differently. I was pleased.

Mike from Al & Sons just stopped by to treat our termite problem. He was extremely knowledgeable about these little critters and very friendly.
This is my first interaction with any type of pest control service so I don’t really have anything to compare Al & Sons to, but from my experience I’d give it a 5.
Let’s just hope those creepy crawlies don’t come back.
