Advanced Skincare by Marilyn

This is a long due review. I came to Marilyn three weeks before my wedding and she did an amazingly thorough job. Her place is nice and small. She focuses on one person at a time. Spends all the time needed to make sure you are taken care of. She is super friendly and I highly recommend going to her.

Marilyn is THE BEST! I’m in my mid-30’s and have been battling adult acne for the past 5 – 7 years, and for the past few months my T-​zone has been out of control. A friend gave me a gift certificate to a high end spa (who shall remain nameless) so I chose a facial and ended up regretting it — my skin actually got worse! Another friend had been urging me to see Marilyn sooner, so I ended up in Marilyn’s boutique a little over 2 months ago — I am so glad I did!!! She recommended an easy, inexpensive regimen prior to seeing her since I couldn’t see her right away, which calmed my skin down a bit. A few days after my first facial with her, my skin looked AMAZING! I have never been one to wear a lot of make up, but started to when I turned 30 to cover up all the imperfections. Now thanks to Marilyn, I can go out makeup free:-) I get to see her again next week for my 3^rd facial… lucky me:-) She is very knowledgeable about skincare, customizes a regimen to fit YOU and doesn’t try to sell treatments and products you don’t need (a HUGE turn off for me!). Her boutique is clean and relaxing, and the 2 products I purchased have done wonders for my face… plus they smell so yummy:-)

Came in 3 days before my wedding, Marilyn assured me I would not be red or look anything but perfect for the big day. I have never had a facial, she was great at talking me through the process and gave me great tips on how to care for my skin at home. Loved the experience and will make this a more regular gift to myself.

I highly recommend the Intraceutical treatments– they make you look years younger and leave skin soft and hydrated. When ever I treat myself to a face treatment I come here. She is patient and does a great job!

What a fabulous experience! Marilyn is extremely knowledgeable in her field, uses only the best and safest products and discusses options for your treatment. I’ve had two facials with Marylin and won’t go anywhere else! Marilyn also tattooed my eyebrow and upper and lower lids. She mixed the colors to get just the right tone for my skin. I have not worn a bit of make-​up since Marilyn applied the permanent make-​up! It was the best thing I ever did and I highly recommend Marilyn to anyone considering permanent make-​up or any facial treatment. She’s the best!
