This was the most unprofessional business ever! Connected through an Oscar gifting suite. They offered to comp a ONEWAY trip to the airport if an article was featured for them. Fifteen minutes before they were to pick us up for LAX for Int’l flight, they called and left us a msg. that they couldn’t pick us up, something about an accident on the 105 fwy. Spent an hour trying to call back and nobody picked up or bothered to return a call. We had to drive ourselves to airport and didn’t have time to gas up, but luckily made it. Then we had to get emergency parking. We made our flight, but not without the stress and aggravation. As a result we lost some gift cards that were taken because we were in such a rush we didn’t have time to double check the car for belongings b/c we were in such a frenzy. To this day we have received nothing. No apology, no courtesy, no professionalism. The owner had the audacity to be rude and defensive instead of trying to resolve this issue. If the owner did not want to honor the complimentary ride(one way only) then he shouldn’t have signed up for any gifting suites. I am sure celebrities might not have this problem, but for the rest of us… I say pass and go with another company,
