The front desk staff is so rude. Everything about this clinic is painful. From trying to get an appointment to getting seen. The appointment rep needs to understand that she is working for us and not the other way around. There are never any acute care appointments available. What is the point of having a clinic then?

This needs to be a Soldiers only clinic if we are being made to come here since we live within 50 miles. The drive time for 50 miles is alot in California.

The medical appointment representative is so rude. She gets frustrated so easily. However the rest of the staff in the clinic are very friendly and helpful.

Decent clinic, but really annoying to make appointments and have all of my medical records transferred. I originally had my stuff at the Nellis AFB hospital before moving here, and it was so annoying to have to get an appointment to change my birth control prescription. It only took a few days for them to transfer everything, but the call-in was so annoying to go through. It’s automated, and I lost my Rx number so I couldn’t give it to them. Luckily, I didn’t have to do that whole call-in thing again when I went to the clinic for another appointment. My pills were sitting on the shelf for over a week now, so I don’t think it was necessary(plus it was convenient that I was there to talk about changing my contraception options). However, this this is a medical squadron and not a medical wing, that means it’s harder for me to get the appointments I need right away. I’d have to set up several referrals off base and it’s annoying to do so. I didn’t get to change my birth control option right away, as I have to wait for my primary care person to come back from deployment or something like that. The rest, I’m still waiting referrals for(to see a podiatrist, orthopedist, etc.) Sucks that I have to go pay for an optometrist myself. Bah… might as well get another eye exam since it’s been 2 years from my last one. Also annoying is how I still have yet to see my actual primary care physician, as s/he’s on deployment right now and I’ve been seeing nothing but substitutes so far.
