Sweet baby Jesus am I glad we finally have a Which Wich in El Paso. This was one of my favorite places to hit up when I lived in Lubbock, and even though I currently live on the far Westside, anytime I find myself in this neck of the woods, I’m at Which Wich. For the uninitiated, Which Wich is the ultimate in meal customization. You fill out your order on what is essentially a bubble in test paper like you took in grade school, and you can make it as healthy or fatty as you want it to be. The sheer number of options and choices available is incredible, and all the meats/toppings are fresh and delicious(it puts Subway to shame). To give you an idea of what you can do, on my most recent visit I enjoyed a Turkey Reuben with dressing, house chips, cranberry, sauerkraut, pickles, onions, and cucumbers. Something about bubbling in how obnoxious you want your sandwich to be, versus having to spit it out at the cashier is incredibly awesome. If you like sandwiches(who doesn’t) and you like freedom of choice(who doesn’t), then give this place a try.

Not a bad place to grab a sandwich, ingredients are decent and service is good. Ordered online and it took about 20 minutes to get my food, both things we ordered were good. The downside… The bread was not soft, even safe to say hard, I am sure I will eat there again but it is not a superior sandwich.

So far so good. Being new to the area and not finding a close enough Jimmy Johns this does the trick. The bread is always super fresh as well as the cookies. Our first time eating here seemed a bit crazy with the ordering process. However, we caught on quickly and cannot stop going back.

Most people get a little turned off at the ordering process because you basically build your sandwich on a paper bag. Nonetheless, it is little sacrifice for a pretty good sandwich at a good price. Fresh veggies and varied options on add-ons too. Have visited the place several times to say that they are consistently good unlike some places that it is a hit and miss on quality or service.

First time, took me a while to figure it out but then I loved it. I will be back. You pick your envelope, type of sandwich, bowl, or lettuce wrap. The envelope outlines many options such as dressing, veggies, cheeses, etc. Service was great, facilities were clean, décor was minimalistic and modern.

My boys and I had lunch there about a month ago. The concept is different. My boys loved customizing their sandwich and their bag as well. Food was fresh and decent.

Our first visit to Which Wich. Great selection of sandwiches for every lifestyle! Carnivores and Vegetarians alike! From Sandwiches to wraps and bowls! There’s even an entire selection for kids! You choose your style from the menu, grab a brown paper bag and start marking it with your choices! They’ll make it any way you’d like! Great portions at reasonable prices. I got a veggie bowl with tomatoes, spinach, olives, cucumbers, candied walnuts, cranberries and avocados. It was perfectly filling!

Below average sandwich! The quality of the meat is nothing compared to east coast sandwiches. It’s a great concept but the meat is just not good.

This is on Par with my other favorite sandwhich joint Firehouse Subs. I came to Which Wich to get a gyro, and i wasnt really expecting them to have one. They do and they have so many customization options for each sanwhich, its insane-ly good! On a no/low carb diet? No probs just get that sanwhich lettuce wrapped! I barely finished my 10″ gyro. I didnt think it would be an issue because i can plow through a 12″ sub frlm subway. I was mistaken, my gut was filled with delish food and i was soon in the itis dream daze. I also enjoyed the way that you order your food. You look up at the menu, grab a bag from the corresponding bag lot, pick up a red marker and go to town with your sandwhich creation. Try their house chips too! Theres an option for having them put the chips in your sandwhich if thats your style. Stop reading this review and go experience it for yourself!

Went back for my third visit since it opened and they had their R & D sandwich for the month, the meatball grinder. A meatball sub with salami, pepperoni, capicola, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Great flavor. Very rich sub and the marinara sauce, it was delicious. I had taken my mom on this visit and she said this doesn’t compare to subways, not as much bread as Subways. She’s a fan now. The only thing, I wasn’t sure if it was because it was a promotional sub, was the size. There was no size option on the bag when I placed my order and I forgot to ask at the counter. With Fireman’s sub and Which Wich, Subways has some stiff competition.

Here’s the scoop people!!! Got the traditional Philly: I’m from PA so you know this is one of my favorite subs and I thought it was delicious! Typically I get disappointed cuz the meat is chewy. But this meat was yummy! I esp loved the roll. Not to much bread and extra crispy!!! I would totally order this again! Husband got a toasted turkey and American cheese sub: he says«it was good» I had a bite. Tasted purrtty good to me! Got the banana shake and it was super thick!!! And the ice machine makes that yummy small chunk ice! Anyways my overall feeling about the place is that everything they put out is good quality! The place is small, but the workers were helpful. My baby kept throwing his bag of chips to the ground and two different workers picked it up for him!

Love this place, everyone is super friendly. The staff is always willing to help you with the best ingredient options for your creation. Please do not assume this is like Subway. The sandwiches are way better than Subway. I had the Gyro today and it was delicious :)

I love this place. Whenever my girlfriend asks where I want to eat. Which wich. She’s starting to get aggravated with me so I’m really only going to suggest it on special occasions now. I usually get the chicken salad sammich with fried onion crunchies and the olive salad mixed into it. It’s very good — I also put more stuff on it but I can’t remember at this exact moment. They have a new Vietnamese Banh Mi sammich out now that I need to try, banh mi is probably one of my top favorite foods(usually as authentic as possible from Vietnamese restaurants I’ve been to around the US) and I’m wondering what their take on it will be. Damn I want me some which wich.

The idea is great. Grab a bag, fill in what you want, give it to the cashier, and pay. My only issue was that there wasn’t much room at the counter to fill out your bag. The family in front of us blocked us from even just grabbing a bag and marker, I don’t think it was intentional. However, with as long as we waited to fill out our bags my husband, and our friends could’ve easily just waited in line to order from the cashier. I am a big fan of the lettucewich. You can pick any sandwich you desire and make it a lettucewich, which is when they wrap your desired ingredients into a lettuce wrap. It was large and filling and the ingredients were fresh. It was a little heavy on the mustard but that was probably just a one time thing. I’d go back over and over again. Oh and the house chips are delicious. Thick cut ruffle chips with salt and pepper. Yummy!

I never get anything except the Wicked, but then again, I just wanna see random stuff piled on my sandwich. Service here is friendly, and you’d be surprised that the team there remembers you. Draw on the back of your sandwich bag before you give it to the workers. Be creative! Any place that was one of my old, Austin haunts tends to be a three-star or four-.

One of the best sandwiches I’ve had in el paso! If you love sandwiches like me, you have to go here. Amazing selection to choose from to top your sandwich. I like that you order by writing down what you’d like so you can take as much time as you need. Also, you can keep the large drink cup

The Fountains opened a Firehouse and Las Palmas answers with a Which Wich, SANDWICHWARSAREON! And the winner is me!(hopefully this leads to a Jimmy John’s in the near future) I like Which Wich and I’m happy to finally have one in El Paso. I love writing down my sandwich, I really do, because it ensures I don’t get things I don’t want, like mayo or brown mustard, both of which are gross. Writing your sandwich down should also expedite the ordering process, but right now it’s a little slow, hopefully it’s just while people learn how to order. Sandwiches are good, I appreciate the large variety of options available. Personally, I’m a fan of the Italian options. Price is about the same as Firehouse and Potbelly. People are very friendly, that’s a plus!
