Not a very friendly or responsive staff. When I mailed fragile products, I paid extra for bubble wrap and boxes; however, it didn’t help. When the packages arrived every item was broken. Neither the Postal Solution nor FedEx took responsibility, even after I purchased insurance. Very poor customer service and communication, starting with the owner. I guess I will save some money and start using the USPS again.

Hidden behind the KFC, this little UPS service has great bilingual customer service. I just left my Chegg box, open and untaped with her along with the printed label. She taped it for me with a smile!
Also, nice side note. My dad wanted one of their $ 1 water bottles but the total was too small for credit card purchase and he didn’t have cash. Before I found my bill, they offered to just let him have it and pay them back next time.
Definitely worth coming back.
