It’s a Local Bagel shop, a few locations around town. The bagels are great here, soft not chewy. We prefer these over the Einstein. I usually order Bialy with lox cream cheese, love it. Coffee is red rock and I like it. They have a variety of sandwiches but I usually only go I the mornings. They have games and TV. Nice place to just hang out for a bit.

I want Bagel shop to succeed, however, I am struggling to even give three stars as the service is never great, the specialty drinks are simply coffee w/different creamers and they’re not uniform in sandwich making. On more than one occasion, I have ordered a sandwich that is smothered in mayo or more lettuce than anything else. I know I have already mentioned the service but the bad service alone is reason enough to dock this place 2 stars… Consecutively under staffed and/or simply slow. That being said, when they do get it right it is delicious and cheap. I’m a big fan of supporting local business. Again, I hope they succeed.

Very overpriced. If you’re looking for a semi-substitute for Panera, you are out of luck. They are out of items frequently, and the furniture is rundown and mismatched. Weird atmosphere, very mediocre coffee. And, if you’re lactose-intolerant and need dairy-free creamer/soy milk/anything? Forget it. Go to Starbucks.

I get breakfast bagels every weekend. The best part is the drive thru, especially early in the morning. Really like this place!

The only local bagel shop in town is… you guessed it… The Bagel Shop! Luckily there’s four different locations(to my knowledge), two on the Westside and two on Fort Bliss. If not, you’re only other options for fresh bagels are Einstein Bros and maybe Dunkin Donuts. Go with The Bagel Shop. First and foremost, their selection is awesome! Plain, poppy, onion, sesame, garlic, sun dried tomato, cheddar, jalapeño, orange cranberry, and others too numerous to mention. You have the option to purchase them whole or sliced… I always get them sliced. I love being able to pick up a variety of bagels to take home too. And if you love big bagels that give you some bang for your buck, you’ll love these. There very hearty. Sometimes I only need half a bagel to get full. They do a couple more things than bagels. Like sandwiches and coffee. You can have the sandwiches on bread or a bagel. What kind of monster wouldn’t want a BLT on a bagel? The sandwiches are alright, but for the most part I just stick with a bagel, some cream cheese(sometimes chive and onion, sometimes strawberry), and an apple juice. The shop is size: cozy. There’s a couple of booths and tables. Just a quick place to grab a bite and head out. This TBS is always clean so no complaints in that department. The workers are all nice. I feel like the flow to this shop is a little off because it’s always unclear to me if I should just stand and wait where I ordered or if I should head to the other side of the counter. And every time I think I have it figured out, they switch it up on me and call me from the other end.

Ate breakfast there, ordered a bagel sandwich. It was nothing special, kind of bland. The coffee was good though, and really hot.

I was really looking forward to trying this place, but was disgusted after I found a big long hair in my sandwich. Now when I think of this place I just remember pulling that nasty hair out of my mouth… barf! Two stars.

Best bagels in town! Get one of their bagel sandwiches and substitute cream cheese for the mayo– my favorite is the turkey, bacon, and avocado on an everything bagel with chive cream cheese. Also, they will give you bagel bites on the side instead of chips if you ask.

Nice bagel shop. You won’t find many of these in El Paso. They have a good variety of bagels at an affordable price. The place is pleasant.
