Appalling l customer service! I am an avid Target shopper. I visit Target at least twice a week and have never had a problem until now. I was at the guest services desk doing a price match and the store manager claimed he would not honor it. I have priced matched at Target many times and clearly understand their price match policy. The store manager said he would not honor it and if we didn’t like it we could leave the store. He also refused to call customer service for us. I was extremely shocked because I have always received wonderful service at other Target stores. We ended up driving to another Target location and were in and out in 5 minutes with the price match honored!

You are either a Target person or a Walmart person. I’m that person who drives past 5 Walmarts to go to Target. I absolutely love this Target. The pharmacist is very nice. She always answers all my questions. All of the employees always greet the customers and don’t act bothered by my presence. I never have to stand in line forever like at Walmart.
When I was looking for some bar stools an employee went in the back for me and got them out of the back, and he was very pleasant about it. It wasn’t even his section, but he did it anyway!
I was in here yesterday and had a little mistake with my transaction. I took it to customer service and they fixed it like THAT, no problem. The store is always clean and I love the deals that give you back gift cards! I also love using my RedCard to save 5%.
Good job Target! You guys sure know how to treat a customer!

I was so pleased to find near-exact 2-pocket folders at the Basset Place Target that I bought all off the shelf, and hope filled me to find them at another Target. This time I used a shopping cart and confidently went into this particular store, remembering the challenge of trying to carry so many loose items. It wasn’t long before we (my wife was with me on this particular journey) found loads and loads of them. Unfortunately, many 3-pronged folders had been mixed in, so we carefully counted and added only 300 of the $ 0.15usd per each to the cart. Cashier Breanna, too, was glad it was so organized (more or less), though we did have to recount the different colored ones as they may have the same cost but were computer noted differently. I feel ready for the school year!

Best Target I’ve been to so far (only been to San Diego & El Paso locations). Definitely hate when I walk into a barren, janky looking Target, where I might as well have gone to Walmart. But this Target is completely stocked, really clean & well organized.

It’s a Target, what can you say about it? It is slightly smaller than some others and tends to have limited selections in the grocery/food section. It isn’t a Super Target though but even some of the non-super locations have a better selection.
Check out is usually very reasonable and this location is much more tame compared to the Joe Battle store.

This is the closest Target to where I live and its surprisingly well stocked for not being a Super Target. Its also surprisingly clean for a place that gets as full as it does, sadly they don’t have a no kids policy, and unfortunately the stereos on display still have the volume buttons on, SERIOUSLY PEOPLE!
WARNING: There is no Pharmacy at this Target :(
