Susan Eisen Fine Jewelry & Watches

Came to Susan to sell old jewelry that was sitting in my jewelry box not being worn. I found Susan to be honest and informative! She and her staff are pleasant and attentive. Excellent experience. She took the time to explain things properly and answered all my questions.

After being able to meet with Susan I can see why everyone generally leaves her great reviews. She really helped make me feel more comfortable about letting go of a piece of jewlery. She put me at ease and made a not great situation for me better. It is hard to let go of some pieces of jewlery whether you have to or you want to and you need people like Susan who are kind and won’t make you feel like you shouldn’t be there.

An excellent experience with the authentication process on a vintage ladies Rolex. The authentication was expeditious and honest. Not to mention that Susan called me back within a few hours of checking on the status of the authentication. I would strongly recommend her as the best jeweler of fine watches in El Paso. Not only is she knowledgeable, she is based out of El Paso. Keep your money local.

I have had a product on consigment at Susans store and let me tell you… its been a nightmare. Customer service is beyond terrible. Any time I call for a status I do not hear back for 4 – 5 days. Any questions or concerns or anything is never answered by Susan directly. Her secretary answers and then forwards her the message and never gets back to me for several days. Not only that I work during the day so by the time I get her call, I miss the call and then here we go with talking to the secretary again and not speaking to Susan. I once stopped into the jewelry store to speak to her directly but was turned away because she was busy. I dont understand how she makes a business with the horrible way she treats her customers. And its not like I call every single day either. Id just like a status and that wont be answered and still hasnt. Im ready to pick up my jewlery and never recommend anyone to this place at all whats so ever. I even once got a voicemail to email her instead and yet I emailed over a week ago and still have not heard back. I hope i save anyone from ever going there. She and her company will not tend to your questions or respond at all. Id give this place a negative 10 over all.

A great experience by far. Susan was very attentive to my needs for a diamond engagement ring. My fiancé and I are thrilled with the Forevermark Diamond and platinum setting I purchased from Susan Eisen. I would totally recommend her to anyone looking for fine diamonds and jewelry. Pay her store a visit, you will not regret it. I might just have to pick up a new watch there too! Thanks Susan!
