Sport Clips El Paso – The Fountains at Farah

Sporty. Attentive. Customer Service.
I’m a «local» person. What I mean is that I love frequenting local establishments in order to boost the economy of businesses in my community. Sport Clips is a chain BUT I was really curious on how this chain would fair. I had my doubts but as soon as I entered, they were gone.
Being a first time customer, I got the «MVP Experience» for FREE. Normally what would cost a patron about 24 dollars, I got for FREE. This included a haircut, a scalp massage, a warm towel wrapped on my face and the chance to experience what this place was about.
The stylist who served me was extremely, EXTREMELY nice and well versed in her craft. She helped me choose a new hairstyle that I wanted and went quick to work to make this image a reality. As I sat and saw snippets of my hair hit the ground, I noticed how clean the entire place was.
My stylist ensured me that every comb and towel they used was fresh and clean, she did this without me asking her so I thought that was a plus.
Right after my haircut, I received a shampoo with a scalp massage which was great. While that was going on, I had a warm towel right on my face to help relax the pores. We went back to the chair where I had my shoulders massaged out of entropy.
When I first read the reviews, I had to admit I was skeptical. I am not a huge sports fan but the service by itself warrants the 5 star rating. I will continue to go here for the comfortable atmosphere and the great customer service I received. Good job Sport Clips, you made the cut.

As a veteran of many SportClips across many locations, I’d say that as of right now (January ’15), this SportClips is the best one in El Paso.
My randomly assigned stylist here was Nila, and I think she might be a keeper! More than just asking me what number I wanted and just doing that, she gave me actual advice and feedback on what I should do with my hair, that may not sound like much, but it’s a BFD! There’s nothing worse than asking your stylist for a recommendation and them coming back with nothing, but my girl Nila don’t play like that!
So, I think I found the one, I’m really just giving Nila 5 stars and this SportClips location gets the benefit of having her. As far as the facilities go, they’re alright and look just like every other SportClips, which is good.
I like having hot towels on my face.

Great experience! My barber was very attentive and nice and the steam massage that comes with the MVP haircut was fantastic. Recommended.
