I had dinner here with my kids. We each had a turkey sandwich with chips, my daughter also had a cookiee. The meal was good and filling.

Drove across town from central to this westside Schlotskys to take advantage of the VIP card special of buy one get one free Cinnabons, and pick up sandwiches for dinner. This location was listed on the VIP website or we wouldn’t have driven over there. When we got there we saw that they were offering a free $ 5 gift card with the purchase of a $ 25 gift card so we decided to pick up a couple of those as well. But then the cashier told us they weren’t honoring the VIP card offer. We told him we’d driven across town for it and he apologized and offered us 10% off on the Cinnabons, but said he couldn’t honor the BOGO offer. So we left and got our meal at Panda Express instead. They gave up a $ 70 sale to save themselves a cinnamon roll. I understand that perhaps they hadn’t authorized VIP to include them, but when customers go out of their way to patronize your establishment, it’s better business to just suck it up and honor the promotion. I spent more on gas than the price of the free pastry and still ended up empty-handed. We won’t be going back there any time soon.

I dropped a sandwich in my car and they were kind enough to give me a brand new one, no charge. They even gave me a towel to keep.

They always have the freshest ingredients and prompt service. I find eat harder and harder finishing a medium sized sandwich Haha, seriously though. Ill take these guys over a WAWA or subway any day! …one more thing their bbq brand chips are the best! ;)

I almost always order the Medium Deluxe Original with an order of the Cheese soup when it’s available. While the sandwich is always near perfect, the soup is sometimes on the watery side, but in general it’s nice and thick. I usually add a small amount of hot sauce to give the soup a small bite, and I think it really enhances it… of course I also like it on my sandwich so I’m obviously a fan of their sauce. While I’ve eaten many of the other sandwiches, I really like the Original… it’s my favorite and I’ve been eating at Schlotzsky’s almost since they opened as a franchise. Oh, and don’t forget to try the Cinnamon rolls… wow.

It’s easy to give Schlotzsky’s five stars. There food is always delicious, you can often find coupons in the paper, and the staff is always friendly and quick to deliver. Love coming here for a quick Saturday lunch!

Absolutely wonderful as always. This place never seems to disappoint us. This location is one of the few places we regularly visit in El Paso, and it still remains in the top 5 on my list. They are extremely nice and make a point to see to it your experience is top of the line. The dining area is clean and welcoming, and the bathrooms are never a mess. I would recommend Schlotzskys to everybody looking for an awesome deli!

Great sandwiches and salads. The soups are very tasty also. I like the jalapeño bread, and the varied selection of chips.

Oh, Schlotzsky’s how I love thee, let me count the ways. Seriously though. This place is the bomb. I lived in central Texas for several years and had a Schlotzsky’s a block away for 4 years. It’s definitely not something that can ever get old. It’s your typical fast food style deli. You order, you sit, your food is brought out to you, you feast. Their sandwiches are always tasty. The Original is a great way to get your feet wet and experience what makes Schlotzsky’s so good. The bread is fresh, and if you doubt that you can just ask the employee who made the bread that day, whose name they write in chalk on a sign near the register. My favorites are the Albuquerque Turkey and Turkey Breast. While it isn’t exactly cheap, it is well worth the price. It’s also a Cinnabon and a Carvel. So if a meal isn’t what you’re looking for, your sweet tooth will be just as satisfied. This one time struggling company has turned it around and really has staying power. Do yourself a favor and check out this Texas institution.
