It’s a McDonald’s. No problem food what you would expect. But while I wait for them to prepare my meal I asked for my drink cup. I was told sorry we can’t give those out till your meal is ready you’ll get it with your tray. This location won’t miss my $ 6.51 and I won’t miss this McDonald’s. Hardee’s is only about 30 steps away. I’ll take my$ 6.51 there from now on.
P. S. I sat here and refilled my diet coke till my heart was content.

I really liked the interior lay out of the restaurant! Service was fast although I could over hear the employees complaining about customers from the dinning area. (Although who wouldn’t when he was telling them he wanted everything made fresh and then complaining it took to long!)

Two stars. Ordered four cheese burgers, two with extra pickles and we waited for about 6 minutes after paying and the burgers were dry and the normal ones had more pickles then the extra pickle ones. Great customer service otherwise.

I-​39, EL Paso EXIT is «well endowed» with «Fast Food,» places. DQ, Burger King, & McD’s are a «stone’s throw» from each other. SO, competition works. Since the «BIG ROAD» was built, we started BREAKING” here, between the big, «busy city» EXITS. It’s been remodeled «mucho» times, and is always a «NEW» modern McD’s. That said, they do not yet have the new chicken bites, I saw on a TV «AD.» I opted for the «real» chicken McNuggets, & they were VERY GOOD. Drinks «ARE NOT» all $ 1, but the largest is just 29 cents more, and served in a sturdy, reusable (at home) plastic container. The servers were CLASS people; most helpful & courteous.

I’m giving this 4 stars — for a McDonald’s. Overall the restaurant was clean. I checked out the restroom, drink station, lobby, and was looking behind the counter. Most of my order was ready very quickly except that I ordered a scramble egg, which they had to cook fresh. I almost want to give them bonus points for making it fresh because too many times I have gotten old rubbery eggs.

Employees are dense. I placed my order at the register, and followed up with an inquiry as to my order. The response was correct, I had ordered 10 burgers of various shapes and sizes and a salad. When I got back to my hotel room, my order was short. I paid for what I didn’t get. Ignorant fast foodies.
