Not super happy at this place. Customer service is really bad. I know the other Mastercuts doesn’t take color appointments past a certain time and here we have two color appointments that have been here since 5 and only two stylists. The one thing they do have is a line of not so happy people who are waiting to be «squeezed in» between the color appointments. Perhaps they need to practice some time management or learn lessons from the other Mastercuts that seems to run smoothly.

I would leave a 0 star review if it would allow me too. This is the second time I’ve been here and both times were terrible. I know, why did I return after the first bad experience? It is conveniently located in the mall so i gave it a second chance. They butchered my son’s hair. I honestly think they hire people right out of school or maybe even interns that are attending school. Whatever the case may be their hair techs are terrible. Two different stylist, both terrible! I will never return and be sure to spread the word. They’ve got good customer service just terrible skill in hair cutting.

«Mastercuts» inside Sunland Park Mall This place dont even deserve a star for the service received! this place is way OVERPRICED! There was hair everywhere all over the floor as you make your way to the seat one of the workers there had her purse on the nasty ground just disgusting it didnt look like they kept anything sanitized everything looked so messy & unorganized save yourself the time & your money go somewhere else
