Came here for a manicure and my nails looked worse after than when I came in! That’s a first. For one they have horrible customer service, but that’s not something I normally care about in nail salons as long as they do a good job. So on to the important stuff: The soaking water was freezing cold and felt dirty. My nail technician’s(guy-didn’t get the name) hands were DISGUSTING. Super rough and clammy. I just wanted him to be done touching me, which didn’t take long anyway after he half-assedly worked on my cuticles and filed away while watching some video someone was showing him and not even looking at my nails. Not relaxing at all. My 12 year old cousin has done a better job of painting my nails. The polish is uneven and spotty, and the clear coat went outside the nail and almost on every finger without wiping it off. The drying station sucks. Plan on wasting a good 30 min+ waiting for their polish to dry which leads to the next point… Horrible color selection and weird brands. Never heard of a nail salon that didn’t carry O.P.I or Essie. Just don’t.

My husband and I came in on a Sunday morning for pedicures and we both really enjoyed our experience here. We were the only people in the salon and were seated right away I got a male technician who was very nice and did a great job with my massage(I’m a little sensitive and am great-full when they’re not too rough). Husband had a female tech who was so friendly and talked with us the whole time. After the pedicure we both got a shoulder massage! Heavenly. Needless to say I think this is our new go to for pedicures.

My mom and I went for the first time a few weeks ago and they did an amazing job on our nails both the job done and the establishment are very clean and neat. the person who did our nails was attentive to each of the customers and they didn’t let people wait for more than 30 minutes we had been looking for a nail place for a while and we have thought to give this one a chance Because it was new. And we loved it we will be returning I do with is was more visible to the public it’s kind of hidden behind the dunkin donuts and the McDonald’s on George dieter

I have been to this nail salon about 3 other times a received good service and ok nail services. I kept coming back because I never had to wait when I walked in. But this past Saturday I went there again and will never be back after that. I asked for a mani/pedi. I was immediately put in a chair. The gentleman doing the pedicure didn’t even let me feet soak before he started. He was extremely rough and not gentle what so ever. He clipped one of my toes and it began to bleed and then scrubbed my other foot so hard that he rubbed it raw. The pedi was ok but I could tell he didn’t take his time. I asked for the deluxe pedicure which usually means a little more time because it’s more services but he was done in less than 30 mins. Then the manicure was the worst one I have ever received in my life! It took him all of 15 mins and I had nail polish all over my fingers. Needless to say I will never go back there and still searching for a nail salon here in El Paso.

This is the first time my sisters and I came here to get our nails done. The theme is very relaxing, as a spa should be. Sky blue theme all around. The woman who did my manicure and gel nails was very precise. The manicure was the typical routine. The end result, the gel dried a little lumpy and patchy in some places but it isn’t too noticeable. My sisters both like their acrylic sets. The price was reasonable for all three services. This place is lovely but not one where we would absolutely have to come back to.

went today to try it for the first time since it had nothing but good reviews. when i walked in, they greeted me and it wasn’t really busy. i asked for a pedicure and gel manicure. i really liked how clean everything was. when i was done with my pedicure i saw the owner herself cleaning every single chair and wiping down everything which i really liked. enjoyed the pedicure $ 25, the gel manicure was mediocre $ 35. she only painted 2 coats, where every other place i have been too usually does 3 coats of color for gel. overall i was happy with the experience, & will be going back.
